Shadow of the Gremlin
The martial world always remembers legends.
There are songs, poems, and paintings dedicated to heroes whose blades split mountains — and villains whose names still terrify children at night. Every generation has its icons, figures whose actions reshape history itself.
It does not, however, know what to do with Yeung Ryo.
Raised by a master who openly regrets ever meeting him, Ryo is less a disciple and more a walking catastrophe. Part genius, part pest, and pure trouble, his name spreads not through honor or fear — but through exhausted sighs and repair bills.
When not being punished for his latest stunt, he can be found robbing rich clans, stuffing his face with stolen buns, or playing hide and seek with his own shadow clones — because why not?
With one foot in greatness and the other in nonsense, Ryo has earned a title few in the martial world could ever achieve:
The Scourge of the Martial Alliance.
Ryo squinted down at the scroll someone had left behind on the desk of the house he had just broken into.
“Who the hell wrote this?” he muttered, mouth still full of steamed bun crumbs raining down onto the paper.
“Clearly, they got it wrong — I don’t have one foot in greatness…” He grinned wide, voice full of misplaced confidence.
“I am greatness!”
And with that, he pocketed the scroll, stole another bun, and jumped out the window.
