Up on the surface, humans celebrated their victories, believing themselves invincible. They didn't know that, in the shadows, something had changed. Something was watching them. Similarly, her thoughts and decisions were processed to align with some sort of anxiety, dictating her choices. Other events revolved round the minor plot of a male character who was undaunted by his family’s past emotional and mental fear against suppressing his dream of a military career. The novel captures various scenarios of angst following certain occurrences. It’s chronicled through a developmental plot structure of anxiety. It further touches on love, passion, determination, successes and failure explored through diverse characters.
