Tangled With A Priest

‘All it took was getting caught in breaking the rules.’ She was the delinquent student. He was the priest who owned a black cat, and theirs was a union forged from the embers of hell. —— “Somebody is getting curious,” the first girl said. “It wouldn’t be the first time,” a man’s voice replied. “Shake the curiosity off her.” “Is it who I think it is?” An older woman questioned. The first girl nodded. “We’re not practically close, but it looks like she has a leverage.” “I told you all to be on the low,” a stern man’s voice interrupted. “We cannot stir things up now when there’s a recent death! Are you forgetting that there’s a new inclusion to the priests? Not one, not two, but three for goodness sake!” A hush fell amongst them, the man’s anger reverberating. “We’ve been on the low, I’m making sure of that,” the older woman said. “What leverage do you think she has?” The first man asked. The girl exhaled. “Didn’t say, but she kept asking questions.” “Do something about it,” the harsh man said, “or you know, it’s everyday students fall off the staircase, and it’s not hard to call it suicide.” —— When Ivie touched people, she could see excerpts from their past or their future, when Ivie touched Father Chibuike, she only saw darkness. Together they would fight the shadows of death that made the students of St. Stephen Immaculate college commit suicide. She could have escaped her twisted fate, but she agreed to hold the priest’s secret, and soon she told him hers!

Saving The Villainous Monster From The Male Lead

Caelestis loomed over her, his gaze locked onto hers, his eyes glowing like embers. The heat from his body radiated against her skin, and for a moment, she could almost feel the weight of his anger pressing on her. “Lies!” he spat again, his voice rising. “I will kill you, Eleanore. If you ever try to do that to her again, I will kill you.” His words cut through her, burning with hatred and fear. Anger surged within her as she fought against him. She had never intended to hurt Stella, not once. The blame lay with the original owner of the body, not her. Why must she listen to these accusations? “I have no such intentions!” she shouted at his face, gasping to find breath. “Let me go!” Her foot lashed out, kicking him in the thigh, but he quickly pinned it down as well. Exhausted from her useless struggles, Eleanore realized she had to gather her strength and then perhaps bite off some skin from his handsome face. “You are just an obsessed man,” she snarled, her voice full of venom. “You don’t know how to treat a woman. You’re killing her!” Before she could finish, Caelestis silenced her with a violent grip around her throat. His hand tightened around her neck, cutting off her breath. Her wrists were free, but now her neck was caught, and every breath became a struggle. Panic surged through her as she gasped for air, her hands clawing at his arm in a desperate attempt to free herself. Caelestis’ true nature had finally appeared in front of Eleanore, and it scared her. She had already been afraid of him, but now the fear felt like it was gripping her very soul. She had seen cruelty before, but this—this was something darker, something unrelenting. _________ Eleanore's dull life ends abruptly in a traffic accident, only for her consciousness to awaken in a strange white void. Confronted with a translucent blue screen offering her a choice—to change the destiny of Caelestis Lancaster, the tragic villain from a novel she recently read—she hesitates. Despite his crimes, Caelestis was a character she couldn't help but sympathize with. Bound by a manipulative system that claims to guide her but seems to favor Stella, the novel's protagonist, Eleanore must rewrite the fates of everyone involved. As she struggles to save Stella from Caelestis' obsessive grip, she becomes entangled with this notorious villain himself. Hatred and tension ignite between them, and what starts as disdain blossoms into a painful, forbidden love. Note: This is a dark fantasy romance novel. A war between Love and Obsession.

Elusive Miracle

Legends foretold, the spark of light Fallen from the heavens to bring delight Those who follow in her goddess's light Shall be brought to lands that heavens compare Darkness however knows they won't fare Against this gracious sunbeam's shimmering might Snuff this ember before ruin is brought upon the dark Go forth, my faithful beast of darkness! Engulf the spark before it destroys us all! _ One of heart, one of mind, one wish that made the heavens open their pearly gates. A miracle, born to lead the world into a new age of peace for the light elves. Unfortunately, that would mean the end for the dark elves. The crimes of their ancestors were pushed down through generations. The new age of peace has no place for half-demons, someone must put an end to the newborn Messiah. Unfortunately for Philomel, this death sentence of a mission was pushed to her, courtesy of the Chief's son, Asclepius. Asclepius, an ambitious, short-sighted dark elf, determined to bring the dark elves to their former glory. A person Philomel made the mistake of pissing off. Dragging along the oblivious entrance guard, (Amon) they begin their emotional rollercoaster of a journey. Daggers in hands, can they become the villains their tribe so badly needs, or will the guilt finally drag them under? _ A voice bellowed and screeched from all around him. It sounded like a million cries through the echoes of a cave, that shrieked as it spoke. The shadows reach out toward the blood-red sky, forming a huge dark figure, the figure of a roaring dragon. Its eyes shine through all the darkness, one a brilliant blue, the other a golden yellow, slits of black in the middle, when the dragon blinks, it blinks sideways. From the corner of the eyes to the other corner, rather than one eyelid to the other. " Was anything but pleasant." The distorted voice of his father reminded him as the dragon stomped around. Each stomp crushed the homes of many and killed screaming villages. " Is this what you wish for? Is this what your heart desires?" The disfigured voice questioned. __ " I win." Philomel smugly whispers to Lenny. Completely pleased with herself before noticing Lenny's heart rate beating against her own, matching her speed but was off her pace. It felt like her heart was pounding at an unnatural speed which felt scary but at the same time interesting. She barely noticed Lenny's hazel eyes sparkling as his shocked expression slowly melts into a blissful goofy smile. Her attention finally returned to Lenny when his chiseled jawline moved closer to her. Lenny's head leans forward kissing Philomel on the cheek as he stares at her with such soft eyes. Philomel instantly blushes as she gasps at the sudden kiss. Her lips trembling trying to think of something to say but her brain malfunctioned. Lenny let out a deep chuckle as he ran a hand through his mahogany chestnut brown hair, extremely happy at Philomel's cute reaction. _ There will be romance but it would be slow-paced since it's friends to lovers. No smut scenes. There will be battles and tons of emotional trauma. Super in the middle can go both ways. This book is experimental writing. It shall be written in script format, detailed, and have a rhythmic beat/freestyle poem to certain scenery descriptions. When the time ticks down to zero, people across the globe manifest bizarre and extraordinary abilities while the rest of humanity transforms into grotesque and monstrous creatures. Ryne must confront his inner demons and make a choice—cling to the flickering ember of hope or succumb to the overwhelming despair surrounding him—all the while navigating a landscape plagued by mutant beings. ----------------------------------------------------- Author's Note: As you may know, I'm also the author of My Undeath, a reincarnation novel set in a fantasy world. It wasn't my best work, but I loved writing the story. I put a lot more time and effort into Fractured Horizon, and ironed out the details over the course of a year before writing and publishing it here. If you liked My Undeath, this novel has almost ten times more planning put into it before release. ----------------------------------------------------- Schedule: 7-15 chapters per week Chapter Length 1,000-2,000 words Disclaimers: 1. The 'Earth' in this world is not as we know it to be. Applying common sense is pointless. 2. There are not any planned harems. 3. Increasing powers/strength in this novel will feel similar to cultivation, but this is not a cultivation novel. 4. These creatures aren't zombies as you know them and will not be called such by the characters, but that's all I will say here. -------------------------------------------- Themes: fantasy, science fiction, zombie-like mutated creatures, adventure, dark, horror, survival. -------------------------------------------- Inspiration: Resident Evil definitely inspired the world. Growing up, I played the Resident Evil games and watched the movies. All of The Walking Dead never entertained me because it was mostly drama and hardly any tension. 28 Days/Weeks later, Resident Evil, World War Z, Army of the Dead, Train to Busan, All of us are Dead, Z Nation, etc. are all cemented in my brain as thrilling pieces of zombie fiction. -------------------------------------------- Support the Author: Please use coins/stones/golden tickets, or review my novel!

Blood red sun day kill Ghost (Will be moved into a new link)

The spectral legions of Zephyr the Abyssal, Dark Lord of the Abyss, bring an icy death to the world. Bleached bone mountains rise, a testament to his tyranny, while tormented souls, twisted into demonic servants, bolster his ever-growing army. Humanity's vibrant history is a fading memory, swallowed by the encroaching darkness. Yet, against this overwhelming despair, the sun's life-giving warmth persists, nurturing the fragile seeds of hope. The embers of peace, though faint, still glow, a defiant spark against the abyssal night. Nestled at the foot of the imposing Mount Cinderfang, within the protective circle of the ancient bronze Citadel of Whispers, lies the secluded hamlet of Whisperwind. This sacred site, home to the Celestial Monastery, is guarded by monks imbued with righteous might. Within the Monastery, these monks maintain a tireless vigil, their disciplined ranks a bulwark against the encroaching darkness. Their sacred duty: to protect the people of Whisperwind from the formidable magical forces that threaten from beyond the Citadel of Whispers. The memory of Elder Theron's stand against Zephyr the Abyssal and his legions still echoes—a battle of unparalleled ferocity that stained the autumn afternoon with the blood of countless fallen. Good and evil clashed with a rage unseen before, overwhelming the Celestial Monastery. Forced to retreat to the sanctuary of Mount Cinderfang, Elder Theron, grievously wounded, hid a peerless spiritual treasure deep within a secret chamber beneath Oracle Falls before his death. With his last breath, he merged with the surging energies... Creating the Infernal Lock formation, the people of Whisperwind, protected by the Citadel of Whispers, have withstood countless attacks from the demonic hordes over the years. This powerful shield afforded the Celestial Monastery precious time to train exceptional disciples, true paragons of martial prowess. The legend of a hero who would vanquish tyranny would remain untold were it not for the appearance of a certain individual: Drakon, an orphan boy from Whisperwind. Fate led this youth to encounter the Sunfire Drake, a divine beast hatched from a colossal golden egg, possessing the power to unleash devastating flames. Drakon's destiny was forged in three blades: Crimson Edge, a longsword representing humanity's strength; Dawnbreaker, a legendary blade imbued with divine power; and Nightshade, the infernal blade of the demonic legions, a weapon that bound the fearsome Obsidian Drake. This duality—the Sunfire Drake against the Obsidian Drake, light against darkness—mirrored the internal conflict within Drakon, the eternal struggle between good and evil, the choice between righteous and wicked paths. With his draconic companion and his ultimate weapons, Drakon ascended to the pinnacle of power, a figure who challenged both the demonic world and the forces of light. To understand better, I invite you to step into the world of mysterious stories, accompany me in this novel "Blood red sun day kill Gohts"!

"Then I guess you have to get used to my presence," sabi nito sa boses na hindi niya mawari kung nag-uutos, nanunudyo o nananakot. "Titira ako sa bahay mo. I'll watch you sleep, watch you bathe. I'll watch you dress and undress...I'll talk to you when you're in public places, I'll shout in your ears, I'll follow you anywhere you go...I'll embrace you, I'll sleep beside you...in short, I'll haunt you. Hindi. Kita. Patatahimikin." Anak ng tipaklong! Ito na nga ang may kailangan, ito pa ang may ganang pagbantaan siya! Walang choice si Ember kundi tulungan si Lantis. Magtagumpay kaya siya?
