Lilah in Love
It’s sixteen year old Lilah’s junior year in high school and she’s not the same girl she used to be. The road from plain to pretty was a long one and Lilah begins to realize that people are treating her differently. She struggles to hang onto her ideals, determined not to let her outer appearance change who she is inside. But maybe her outer shell wasn’t the only thing that needed changing.
She falls for Andreas, the gorgeous, but unobtainable Swedish boy who moves in across the street. He’s not exactly the boy she makes him out to be in her head. Instead, he’s brooding and unfriendly.
As Lilah deals with her feelings for Andreas, she finds herself being pursued by Marco, the most popular boy in school. Suspicious of his motives, she thwarts his advances. His best friend is Trey, the bully who has plagued her for years.
Daisy, Lilah’s best friend, has a crush on Marco and wants nothing more than to be popular. Lilah despises popular people and desperately clings to her friendship with Daisy.
Soon, Lilah finds herself in love with two boys while trying to keep her best friend. No matter what she does, someone is going to get hurt.
