His greatest wish was to find a gentle, caring, and hardworking girl. However, fate seemed to have little mercy for him—not only did it fail to grant his modest wish, but it also struck him with a bolt of lightning that transported him to an unknown planet, where he became the prince of a modest kingdom. This sudden change in status also altered his ambitions. Freed from worries about food and shelter, he decided to embrace a life of indulgence and decadence, living as a hedonistic prince until his soul could return to Earth to atone to his parents. Yet, history rarely follows the desires of men. What once seemed like a far-fetched dream became attainable, while the simplest of wishes faded beyond reach. And so, the extraordinary tale of Cage, the legendary king, began.

Wain Sageroar was chosen by the God of Chaos, Ollios, in a fit of fury, to serve as a champion tasked with an impossible task to bring about the world's destruction. Without memories, emotions and some common knowledge, Wain became a mere pawn in the grand scheme of gods. Yet, this seemingly insignificant pawn would prove to not be so tiny.
