Hysterically, he cried a promise which is heard by a goddess. She granted him partial immortality which he will use to extract vengeance in the "nicest" way.

Zander has always wanted to join the Semper Vitae. When his dream comes true, he realizes it may be more than he bargained for. Zander and his new friends, Pug, Cliff, and Rose, will face difficult training, harsh commanding officers, betrayal, and more in an epic fantasy adventure.

The story is started from a universe where magic is a mode of living. Inside this universe lies a galaxy not that big and the near the center of it is a system, a single planet revolving around a star. There lived billions of magicians in Disegnia, believing they are the only life forms inside that universe. A few epochs later, a man named Geon wreaked havoc to planet Disegnia, making the magicians fall and they became slaves to the Warbeasts. They have been imprisoned until one day, a man named Dorothy created a magic that divides the whole universe into realms that may let them live apart from the other life forms. The magic was released and the realms were created. The life forms ignited wars to claim the territories of the others. Their greed led them to a more chaotic battle. Generations passed and now, the generation of saviors were born. They will carry on the new magic that will help their mission : to co-exist with the others.

This is an attempt, of Dipledius, second only to his superior, to play chess with an inevitability. An attempt to overpower omnipotence, and manipulate an absolute being that has melded and became one with the firmament itself. "Laus Deo Semper...
