Milo Parker Peaky Blinders

Love Beyond Circumstances

Elisabeth Milo was just a girl trying to survive. She lived under a fake identity with the powerful Friedemann family- rich, respected, feared. Life wasn’t perfect, but it was better than anything she had known before. Even though they didn’t truly love her, she had comfort, friends, and peace of mind… or so she thought. Then she met Brianna. Meeting Brianna was the beginning of her end. Elisabeth thought she was making a friend, but she was inviting a snake into her life. Brianna didn’t just betray her, she destroyed her, humiliated her, and turned the whole school against her. The worst part? Brianna created something cold and dangerous inside her- something that hated pity and fought to never be looked down on again. Elisabeth lost trust in everyone. She started destroying before she could be destroyed. But then, just when it felt like her world was stuck in darkness forever, she met someone who made her pause: Her real mother. The woman she thought she had lost forever helped her remember what peace felt like. With time, Elisabeth began to heal. Her life finally started to settle, and then she met Kendall Denilson. Kendall was a rejected son from a powerful family. Everyone called him useless, but Elisa saw more. She saw the man he could be, and in return, he gave her the kind of love she never thought she deserved. They got married, and even when storms came, they stood together. It wasn’t perfect, but it was peaceful. Until the past came knocking. Brianna came back, this time to take her husband and her home. But Elisabeth is no longer the same scared, broken girl Brianna once humiliated. She’s stronger now. Wiser. And she knows one thing for sure: > There is nothing in this world worth losing your peace for.

Hired As A Wife By The Handsome Billionaire

(Warning- Mature Content) "It could have been anyone. Then why me?" Michael Clark took a pause before replying as his eyes met hers. "Because it had to be you." Ashley Parker had believed that the biggest twist her life took was when she went for an interview but got hired as a wife. Just how wrong she was! Michael Clark was the name that was infamous around the country. Being the future leader of the Clark Industries, he was widely known for his dedication towards his aims. Everyone had believed that whoever will marry him would either belong to some royal family or equally prestigious one. However, it took everyone by surprise when he got married to an orphan. An orphan who did not meet the expectations of his stinking-rich family at all. The Clarks were no less than the royals. It was the family living as a joint, setting themselves as a big-happy family. In reality, it was messed-up, with troubled internal history. They did not get along with each other! And it was an understatement that they disliked Ashley. What was trusted to be a fairytale was nothing but a facade behind the closed doors. There was a deal hidden from all. Michael had a purpose to fulfill for which Ashley Parker would stay as his wife for three years and he will pay off her debts in return. After that they will part their ways. What Ashely could not understand throughout was why it had to be only her when she had nothing to offer him? "That day you said it had to be me. Why?" She tried again. "You do know that the curosity kills the cat, right?" "At least warn me if it will be harmful to me." His thumb halted on her skin. His eyes which were following his thumb all the while met her eyes again. She looked at him with something close to desperation. It was the desperation to have a slightest hint of what was needed of her. "A warning, right." Michael murmered. "Dangers will be upon you but I promise that not a single scratch you will get." Unbeknownst to her, she was the most useful to him. Her entire being. Her identity. Just her existence. No money in the world could buy her existence. What game was he even playing? Nothing materialistic. But something that no money in the world could buy. What Michael did not imagine was to get obsessed with his pretty wife. He never thought that his desires would take over him, making him go against himself to keep her as his. Only his. The flame of the revenge would die. The raged breaths would calm. The darkened period would get to see the new light just as long as she was alive. And then one day, incidents began occurring, secrets started unfolding and her heart began falling when she realized what purpose was that drove Michael to marry her.

Beautician and the Beasts

Shelly is a 36 year old house wife who falls down the stairs of her townhouse and into a beast world. She is saved by a leopard named Parker and brought back to the leopard tribe. Parker is first entranced by her beauty, but he looses interest because she tells him she is infertile when he talks about making cubs. Parker brings Shelly to Dr. Harvey to see if he can cure her infertility. Harvey is interested in her because she knows about his “medicine” and she teaches him new cooking and health techniques. They go to the City of Beasts to avoid Curtis and meet Winston. When he is humiliated by the fox, Shelly openly expresses her interest and accepts him. She meets David the bear beastmen who looks like her husband when he offers her some honey bbq. The Ape King becomes suspicious of her when she reveals a prophecy about the City of Beasts destruction. Shelly introduces spa treatments to females and becomes very successful! I knew I shouldn’t carry things downstairs, but I was trying to clean quickly because we had company coming later that day. I was rushing while wearing my fuzzy socks and slipped on the carpeted stairs. I had fallen before, but not from this high up. I was dreading the bumpy landing with our TV and speakers at the bottom to break my fall, not to mention the glass coffee table. I was expecting to be heavily injured and just prayed I didn’t die. I closed my eyes and braced myself for the fall, but was surprised to land on dew covered grass instead. I opened my eyes and took in the plush forest around me. ‘I knew that fall would kill me one of these days!’ I thought to myself. I remember arguing with David, my husband about playing the speakers and TV at the base of the stairs for that exact reason, but our small living room didn’t have much space to put it after the giant L shaped couch took up half of the living room. Shocked, I was thinking, ‘ So this is not what I expected Heaven to look like!, Where are the clouds and pearly gates? Where are the angels? Maybe I just hit my head and am unconscious and this is all a dream?’ Looking around at the tallest trees I had ever seen, I decided this had to be a dream. I was brought back to focus when I heard wolves nearby! I got up and started to run away looking for a tree I might climb up. I was always good in gymnastics despite being overweight. My husband and I had recently started going on morning walks and exercising, but I hated running. Nothing is more motivating than a pack of hungry wolves chasing you. “This is not the way I wanted to die!” I yelled to no one in particular. I found a tree with a low enough branch for me to parkour my way up. The wolves circled the tree and were jumping almost high enough to get me. I tried to climb higher, but heard the branch start to creak. “Ahh, someone help me!!!” I screamed at the top of my lungs when one of the wolves almost got my foot. * This is a fan fiction based off of 'Beauty and the Beasts' by White-Headed Dream. I love the beast world novels and decided to write my own from my own life. I hope you like it, this is my first time writing for the competition. If you like it, please vote. And if you don’t like it, please find another book you like. No negative comments please, only positive ones. Thank you! Warning: Contains violence and some mature content.

Salt In The Wound

Synopsis **Lina Marchesi doesn’t remember the night her fiancé died. She only knows he drowned near their private beach house on the Amalfi Coast—and that she was found barefoot, bloodied, and unresponsive in a boat nearby. There were no signs of foul play, and Lina, an American expat novelist, hasn't been able to write since. A year later, under the weight of trauma, gaps in her memory, and public suspicion, she returns to the same village—not to heal, but to hide. But the quiet isn’t quiet for long. Whispers trail her in the market, her old neighbors keep their distance, and someone keeps leaving pages from her *unfinished manuscript* on her doorstep—pages she doesn't remember writing. Enter **Milo Caruso**, a former war photographer turned reclusive innkeeper with his own ghosts. He’s disfigured from an explosion, hiding out in the crumbling hills above the sea. Their paths cross when Lina takes up residence at his isolated property, and tension builds—first in silence, then in sharp, probing conversations over wine and cigarettes. Their connection is messy, magnetic, and deeply flawed. Milo is blunt and emotionally unavailable; Lina is unraveling but seductive, using charm as armor. They orbit each other—drawn, repelled, resisting. But both know what it’s like to live with something unspeakable. As Lina pieces together her fractured memory, it becomes clear that her fiancé’s death wasn’t as accidental as the police claimed. And someone in the village wants the truth buried. And as she and Milo fall into a love that’s as brutal as it is tender, Lina begins to ask herself the scariest question of all: **What if she killed him?**
