The Scents: SunItsuki

One of the books of a girl-2-girl collection of The Scents: Romantic but Irritating Mates of the SunItsuki Kingdom. In another realm where all night creatures exist beyond the knowledge of humans, three kingdoms were supposed to be one, and one of them is the SunItuski. The majority population living in the SunItsuki were witches, priestesses, tamers, or hunters were four families of Fujishima, Quinton, Reynolds, and Ibarra lives. Each of the families might have their own beliefs and old teachings that were being passed down through generations but things kept changing. One of the daughters of the shrine maidens of the Fujishima family has to do the last task and perform a ritual dance before turning into a full pledge shrine maiden. But a lot of ruins came when the said soul beast that is entrapped in their warehouse began to bow at will toward the hired huntress who has a deep connection to the family and the new shrine maiden of the family. On the other part of the kingdom where a well-known hunter facility governed by the Reynolds, the head of their organization began making extra perimeter checks due to the recent reports and attacks that kept happening around the land. In the middle of her rounds, she fatedly ran into a dragon centaur beast causing her rounds difficult yet became her savior and awakened the hidden power residing in her. There’s no exception even to the Quinton family's head, a priestess who came across with a very irritating family's head, a tamer from Ibarra. Both had built a very unusual bond of love and hate banter that bloomed into romantic feelings despite being the founders of their school where they found unique and promising successors who soon be connected to the chosen trigger of the wheel of change. Everyone has connections to each other but none of them could see a very powerful old unrestricted magic that had been unleashed into their hearts and nobody can break the blessed love bestowed by the Moon. Fortress of the Last Dawn

The cold air felt heavier every day, as if the earth itself was breathing its last. High above, the skies bore witness to a familiar sun and three red suns, an anomaly that had changed everything. What had once been a peaceful life, among fields and mountains, had transformed into something much more somber. The world as Alex knew it no longer existed. From the farm, surrounded by mountains and covering acres of fertile land, everything seemed to remain the same on the surface. The fences were still standing, the crops still growing, and the animals continued with their daily routine. But Alex knew the truth was different. The world outside, the cities, the towns, even the nearby forests, were no longer what they used to be. The change had begun slowly, almost imperceptibly, until one day, the skies took on an unusual red hue. The temperature began to drop and with it, came the first signs that something much more serious was happening. The animals near the farm, once peaceful and part of the natural cycle of country life, began to mutate. Squirrels, rats, and even smaller creatures, now larger, fiercer, and more numerous, approached the perimeter more and more frequently. Total chaos had not yet arrived. Not on the farm, at least. But in the cities, rumors spoke of disorder, looting, and growing fear. The newscasts no longer offered clear answers, and uncertainty had become the only certainty. Alex, watching the fields from the main house, knew that his home, his refuge, was one of the few places that still offered safety. But even safety had a limit. The cold was getting more intense, and resources would not last forever. Time was running out, and although he did not want to admit it, he knew that he could not survive alone for much longer. Sooner or later, he would have to seek allies, friends, or even his own family. He had built what he could to protect himself, but the world was changing too quickly. The days of simple farm life were over. Now, the struggle to survive in a world he no longer recognized had only just begun.

Lost in Time; Battlefront

*There is "gore, bloody, violent" content throughout the story that may bother or not be suitable for some readers. As well as some crude language.* Also #action/adventure "Wren... can you hear me..?" His voice sounded so familiar and warm. ".."Please Wren... I know the last person you probably want to hear from is me.. "Please don't forget.. It's me, Michael.." As soon as Wren hear his name, memories came flashing back to her. *Wren-Wren, come play with me!" A young boy with brown hair and sea blue eyes called out to her. "Okay, I'm coming." The young Wren ran towards Michael. Her dark red hair that had been neatly styled into braids, bounced around on her shoulders. *BANG! BOOM, BOOM!* The loud sounds of gun and canon fire could be heard all around. "AH!" Men and women were screaming in the distance. The once inviting forest vegetation was now littered with debris from nearby buildings and stained red with blood. "Mommy! Mommy, *cough cough* help m-" before the blonde little girl could continue screaming for her mother, I large hand reached down and covered her mouth. She tried to struggle, but it was all in vain. The man easily overpowered her and quickly ran off. ..."Presenting our new Priestess! She has incredible strength and amazing abilities only second to our Lord, Lord Valen. Everyone, please do your best to welcome her!" A teenaged age Wren stood before many people within a large ballroom style area. To her left was the one she knew as Valen, and over to her right, there was a man and woman who looked less than pleased to see her in a position of such power. Wren was nervous and shaking. 'I really wish I could just get out of this dress and go train," She thought to herself. ..."21, check in. Are we a go?" Someone's voice came across a small earpiece, "We are good 45. You take the East entrance and I will cover the perimeter. We need to do this as quickly and silently as possible." Wren was in her late teens at this point. She was wearing all black clothes, that were fitted to the curves of her body. She heard a small sound in the distance, 'Okay, here we go.' She took a deep breath in and closed her eyes. In just moments her clothes and hair began to flutter around her body, and just as quickly as this happened, she disappeared, leaving nothing but a small wisp of smoke behind. ..."Wren, I just can't...I need to go for myself. I never wanted to keep this from yo-" "Don't bother lying to me Michael. I am fed up with what both you and Valen have been hiding." She carefully swung her leg over, and moved away from Michael's lap, carefully adjusting her jade-colored dress. She sighed into her hands, "Wren..you know I will always lo-" "Goodbye Michael. I regret we didn't have more time together, but I can't just sit by idly." She turned to face him, a tear ran down her face, and she disappeared, before Michael opened his eyes from a blink. Suddenly, Wren gasped and opened her eyes. She immediately sat up, turned on her side, and began to cough and spit out blood. "Oh Wren, gosh I missed you," As Wren was turning to lay back down, Michael pulled her into a tight embrace. "I don't know what I would have done without you. You were in this bed so long, I didn't think you would ever wake up." Wren was confused and still trying to catch her breath. She pushed the man away and looked him over. 'Wavy brown hair, simple stud earrings, sea blue eyes..' "Michael?" "Oh, my Lady-" Michael grabbed her once more, but he quickly released her, "Daddy, daddy, can I see, can I see?" Wren grew even more confused, as Michael moved his body over and behind him, was a small girl, with cherry brown hair. "Hi lovely. I would like you to meet someone. This Lady, is a very important person to our people, and she is also really special to us." Wrens breaths began to quicken and her heart was racing, 'no, don't!" "This Lady's name is Wren, but maybe after you are around her more, maybe you can start calling her Mommy again?"

The forgotten prophecy

The sound of thunder rang through the night. Clouds slowly covering the Persian blue sky like a blanket. Night had fallen. In about forty-six seconds the full impact of the brewing storm would reach her. She could already feel the raindrops hitting her bare arms falling to the tempo of her beating heart.  She was used to this by now. She counted the twelve steps that would take her to the front door of the all so familiar house she would see every single night she dared sleep. She crossed the threshold and was instantly hit by a wave of warmth; she shrugged of her sleeveless jacket before crossing the small distance between her and the kitchen where her coffee was already brewing. In the amount of time she had visited there, she never saw who occupied the house. She was like a visitor, a trespasser. Every night for as long as she could remember she would fall asleep and wake up in this same old routine. She had no control of what she did in this place that set her nerves on edge every time she visited this awful place. She grabbed her coffee and walked out of the kitchen, through the corridor that seemed to stretch out for miles and into her room. Instinctively her head jerked to the right, where engraved on the wall was the most intricate symbol she had ever seen. A triangle stood proud amidst a thrall of ancient if not forgotten texts. Ruins ran around the perimeter of the circle and flowed into the little space in the circle left. She knew she had seen the texts somewhere, the knowledge niggling at the back of her mind yet staying out of her grasp. Her fingers followed the lines glowing like fire trails. She always did this, it seemed to calm every single one of her nerves right before the dream would finish. She waited for the all too familiar buzzing sensation that would occur seconds before the scene would fade. Nothing happened. Everything was still, the air became thick with tension but nothing moved. For the first time ever, she felt scared. Her eyes widened as she realized that something was off. Nothing had ever changed, it had been the exact same since she was no more than a small bundle of baby. So why would something changed. Her head jerked round as she scanned the room for anything off, anything dangerous. Her eyes were instantly drawn to the window like a magnet. She didn't bare blink as she waited with bated breath. Something was coming, she could feel it. Her whole body was buzzing with the anticipation. Slowly but surely something started to emerge from the blanket that shrouded the room. She felt a chill run down her spine as she realized with growing horror that they were a set of deep blood thirsty eyes. Eyes that meant danger. Eyes that looked at her with such intensity, that they left no doubt of the message they conveyed. It was coming for her.                                                                     Before her brain could register what was happening, her mouth was already open and she was screaming at the top of her lungs. With a giant crack, the glass shattered and she was engulfed in the darkness once more.

The Last Days: A Survivor's Journal.

The earth faces a global pandemic crisis from a deadly virus that turns people into mindless, physically enhanced, biogenetic mutated creatures that prey on other living things to keep the infection in circulation . Join Allen, a 19 year old male; as he writes about his life in this apocalyptic world up until the last days. ********** I sit at the edge of the hill staring past the legion of tree tops that line the perimeter into the horizon. The growling of the Axions below the hill had turned from being a source of fright to becoming a natural way of life; a soothing tune that compels anyone to dance along to its rhythm. The cool evening breeze gently strokes on every nook of my face, matching the slow retrieval of the sun into the sky as past memories leading up to this moment ponders about in my head. Quickly, I pull out my journal and begin scribbling down on the pages before the thoughts dissappear, as I have always done since the beginning of the apocalypse with a mindset that someday, if ever civilization and humanity were to be restored; this book would serve as a perfect way to remind future generations of how humans were on the brink of extinction... Author here - please to readers, I sincerely apologize for the poor rate in chapter publication. I currently am working on a main project that isn't this book. Although I have an intent to finish this book; I can't make any significant progress on it now because I pour most of my time into finishing the other book which is already in its final stage. But that doesn't mean I won't be uploading newer chapters on this from time to time, only not at the speed you'd expect. Though I promise it won't be this way for long. Enjoy the book✌️✌️. And also if you're interested to know the other project I'm working on; feel free to contact me via this email address - waltsprince18@gmail.com- and I'll keep you posted; thanks.

Mirage of Hope

-In 2020 a huge meteorite hit half of earth ending almost billions of people and causing series of catastrophes that led the human race to evacuate and flee from the planet. With the help of technology and the series of advancements made all throughout this years, thousands of humans were able to escape and live just above earth where a space station was already build not for cases such as the destruction of Earth, but for research purposes. Now the place is torn apart and rebuild to accommodate thousands of people. Life in space was made possible and since then we’ve been watching Earths situation from above, monitoring day and night for any changes that could possibly indicate that its safe to live once again in the planet. Then it actually came. All images and sensors were clear, the meteorite or what we assumed as one, was no longer emitting a sign of any destructive behavior. Slowly things were becoming normal and the clouds that was once thick and hard to see are now clearing up. Because of that, the leaders of the space station assigned trained men and scouting army to oversee and witness the situation in earth themselves. They are to gather materials and proof that living back on Earth is possible and that its safe again. My team and another team were chosen because of our expertise, so on the twenty second of May, 2024, we went down with all the equipment and materials we could use while we do what was asked of us on earth. There were about thirty of us and five of them were doctors of science. I still remember the excitement we all had, its no secret that we do missed the life on Earth. We were free and able to have anything that we want. Then while we were all building a safe perimeter on one of the islands, it happened. A huge waves of light knocked all of us down. It was as if a nuclear explosion happened and we were all instantly put into deep slumber. When I woke up, I was left with two of the doctors and three from the other team. My entire crew and the others were missing and the six of us who were left was etched with crazy symbols on our wrists. We searched for our other teammates but we never found them but a strange creature came out of no where and attacked us. It was a hideous beast and the only thing we could do was run to our ship and go back to the space station, bringing nothing but bad news and a new problem to face.

He spoke to her and she started her first response as a correction of how he called her, she said that her name was Jasmine not Yasmin. Jasmine defined hers and Yasmin's differences to be their hair colours but they were twins. Yasmin grew white hair for a fact and hides from all men out of shame. Al thought to himself that Yasmin was going to trick him with Jasmine's portraits if he hadn't made the bold move of coming to the palace to perform a musical.
