Sebuah benda misterius berbentuk bola besi, menghantam halaman depan rumah. Roki Helberm datang mendekat lalu tiga serum hitam misterius keluar dari dalam bola tersebut. Tiga serum tersebut masuk ke dalam tubuhnya secara paksa. Tubuhnya mulai terbakar dan bermutasi menjadi mutan. Bola besi itu, pernahan menyatu pada tangan kanannya hingga menjadi tangan besi. Tanpa sengaja, dia terlempar ke tahun 2500 dan terdampar di sebuah kota tua penuh dengan zombie. Di sana dia bertemu dengan Profesor Xenom dalam wujud hologram. Beliau merupakan orang bertanggung jawab membuat serum dan memaksanya datang ke tahun 2500. Dalam perjalanannya, Roki bertemu dengan seorang gadis kecil bernama Angela. Dia merupakan turunan terakhir keluarga Van Helix setelah kematian kakaknya di kota itu. Kemudian mereka bertiga, bertemu dengan Ninja Cyborg di dalam sebuah gedung. Cyborg mengucap sumpah setiap kepada Roki lalu dia memberi nama Jhon Luwis. Perjalanan mereka dimulai menuju Laboratorium Bawah Tanah milik Profesor Xenom. Sesampainya di sana, Roki melakukan time travel ke tahun 2015 lalu kembali ke tahun 2500 dan memulai dari awal untuk menyusul kekuatan berperang melawan Kota Horizon.

One day, a mysterious object fell in front of the house. Roki Helmerm, a student who lives at Satoshi's house is out of the house. He walked over to a mysterious object in the shape of an iron ball. Roki touched the mysterious object, suddenly three needles filled with black liquid appeared. His body burned and mutated into a mutant. The mysterious object fused into his right arm. Roki is thrown into the year 2500 and stranded in a Dead City full of zombies and monsters. Inside the city he meets Professor Xenom in the form of a hologram. He is the person responsible for making the serum and forcing it to come to the year 2500. Then, Roki meets a little girl named Angela.
