Synopsis of “The Delinquents” This is a story about a group of young male teenagers and soon-to-be-adult living their normal lives with their unusual routine. The chapter starting of by, bullying people, extorting money from ransom and fighting against other group of delinquents as well. As time went by they got bored and they started to see changes in their life. The delinquents started to realise that their life is much more than just going to senior high school. They would do many crimes in their life and many troublesome problem started to occur when they recruited new delinquents, Afran, Zahir, Chong, Johan, Farid, and the side character are Faiz, Tahir, Fauzi, Ahmad. These people will have difficulties awaiting in their path get distracted after an encounter with a strange old man. The strange old man tells everything to the delinquents and expose them to the real domain expansion making them open their eyes and realises. They will learn the true harsh of the bizzare world. They will be expose the true colour of what they made as a delinquents. But as every group would have that one guy that is more stubborn than the other member. Naril is the only stubborn out of all the members. He would hold the group for a little while and soon will join the other member. Meanwhile the innocents side character have their own struggle such as standing up for themselves, fight back others and lack of self-preservation. Can these would ruin their life in some way that would make their life became more miserable? Naril is the last member of the group kept dying. He is placed in his bed in his ward. He soon get surrounded by the members of the group in his bed. The only thing they can do is just keep supporting him in his last moment and just kept a smile and hiding the pain that is hidden in their heart. In his last moment they would laugh about their old time, the only memories that is engraved in their mind. That is their most embarrassing moment and also the moment they are mostly enjoyed as young high schoolers. As the time went by one of the innocent make an appearance. It is Faiz and he comes into the room with a coat and his body covered with classy looking clothes. His intention coming is due to him covering the pay for the medicine for Naril since he first got sick. Soon after that they would proceed to have a conversation between him and all the group members. Naril in a awkward situation making him in a situation where he is in a critical state. They began conversing with each other and something would happen. Is Naril going to be okay? Is this really the last straw for the group member? Why does Faiz cover the cost for Naril?
