Myth and Legends

“Life is not a one man’s journey. It lasts ‘til your last breath.” Arloum, a powerful ancient trapped in a weak vessel, strives to regain his former self. Everything else can be set aside, but often, people’s schemes derailed him from his goals. The arrogant, yet ignorant, entity of mass destruction, learns how it feels to shed tears, feel love, and even taste hatred. These things he missed and condemned before, now became treasures he savored every second. “The journey is riddled with stones, rush through them and you might trip. Calm down, death is not an enemy. It’s your friend for when you’re at the end of your journey.” At the end of everything, when he finally reaches the lonely top, will everything be worth it? “In the end… life without meaning is not a life worth living.” Content Warning: - There’s going to be LGBT aspects in this book. If you cannot accept it, please, do not spread hate and simply ignore this book. - I can’t help writing gore, so there’s definitely going to be graphic scenes. And boy, I’ll try to be as detailed as possible, do buckle up! - I want to write this world with a spoonful of bitterness. In other words, there will be a lot of characters with sob backstories, LOL. Don’t worry, it won’t be excessive, I think. What to expect: - Adventures, lots of adventures and more adventures! - Stories of side characters and character development. Happy ending? Not always. No need for tissues though, I’m not that good of an author yet. - Progression; this is a progression fantasy book. Don’t expect much, but I hope that the power system won’t matter too much. - The protagonist is a tree. Yes, it’s overdone. But, well, I don’t even know why I made him a tree. All I know is that I suck at writing human protagonists, they all end up needing therapy after chapter 1. If that’s your kinda book, do let me know!

Masks and Deceit

Caspian inched closer until his lips were mere inches away from Davina's, reeling her in to close the nonexistent gap between their mouths. "Have you ever been kissed, Dimitri?" He asked. Before Davina could lose control after Caspian's cold lips lightly grazed hers, she pushed him away and hurriedly stood up. "My Lord, this is highly unethical!" Her real voice nearly slipped out amid the chaos. "What's unethical about this?" Caspian's face lifted to form an innocent yet devilish smile, he seemed to be enjoying the reaction he got out of her. Flustered, Davina turned her back to him and took deep breaths before speaking more composedly. "We are both men and it wasn't ethical of you to try and... kiss me." The last bit came out as a whisper blown away by the wind. Caspian's chuckle echoed through the woods as he stood up from the bench and faced Davina with a smug look on his face. "Tell me, Dimitri, was I really trying to kiss a man just now?" "W-what do you mean?" Davina stumbled backward as she stared at Caspian in shock and disbelief, unsure of what to do to save herself from that situation. "Let me rephrase my question." Caspian delicately grazed Davina's cheeks with the back of his hand. "Are you really a man?" ***** With a bounty on her head and the need for a place to stay, Davina snuck into the castle of Lendorr, posing as a man in the royal army. Luckily for her, she was able to get away with her ruse easily that is, until she met the mysterious Lord Caspian. She is tasked with being one of his guards all while trying to avoid getting caught by the man who made it his life's mission to ruin her plan. Through a twisted game of deceit, Davina is forced to make a grave choice between Love and the REAL reason why she snuck into the castle.

This is the life of a girl who wants to be a lady in a rocking chair

When I awoke, I was in a place that wasn’t my room. silk pillow beneath my head, and rich tapestries hanging on the walls. I tried to sit up, but my body felt heavy, like it wasn’t mine. I had somehow been reincarnated into a body—the third daughter of the Marquis?! life as the third daughter of the Marquis family was peaceful. Nothing extraordinary ever happened. I spent my days in the comfort of my family's estate, away from the hustle and bustle of court life. My father, though distant, provided for us, and my sisters—while not always the most agreeable—had their own lives to focus on. I was content, living quietly, with no desire for anything more. That is, until I stumbled upon a book. A beautiful cheap novel that talks about a main character who is trying to survive. But I never imagined that the world I read about would collide with my own life. One evening, my father summoned us all to the drawing room. His tone was unusually serious, and the moment I entered, I could feel the tension in the air. He stood at the center, his gaze fixed on something—or someone—I couldn’t see yet. “I have an illegitimate daughter,” he announced, his voice steady but with a hint of something else beneath it. I froze. The words barely registered at first. But then, as he continued, I realized something that made my heart race. The girl he spoke of, this Aorbel, matched the description from the novel I’d read to the smallest detail. “Her name is Aorbel,” my father continued, “and due to the circumstances, she will now be recognized in society as my daughter.” I watched as a delicate figure stepped forward—a girl with platinum blonde hair that shimmered with a faint pinkish hue, and amber eyes ! she appeared. She was small, fragile-looking, her body almost too delicate to belong in such an imposing space. But it was the way she spoke that caught me off guard. "H-hello..." she stuttered, her voice trembling slightly as she introduced herself. "I-It's nice to m-meet you all... M-my name is Aorbel." The name echoed in my mind, and I felt my pulse quicken. Aorbel—the heroine of the novel. I had read about her, followed her story. She was the one who was shunned, rejected, and Her sisters are going to die! Literally! Over some bullshit! Aorbel was real. And worse, her fate was tied to mine. I remembered the novel’s ending. Aorbel’s sisters would all perish!. *I* would perish. Suddenly, the quiet life I had built for myself felt like it was slipping through my fingers. I wasn’t about to sit by and wait for a fate I’d already read about. So, I did what I thought was the only logical thing: I ran. I fled to the countryside, to the village of Hayat, where no one would know my name or my family. There, I lived a quiet life—just like I had always wanted. I had no titles, no expectations. I could finally breathe. But even in the peace of Hayat, trouble had a way of finding me! RIGHT? ............ but...why..i'm here ? , I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry at the absurdity of it all. How had my life become so tangled with these nobles, these politics? When I stood before the king, I kept my composure. “It is my duty, Your Majesty,” I said, trying to maintain the calm facade I had perfected. But inside, my mind was racing. *This wasn’t supposed to happen. I just wanted a peaceful life!* The king smiled , but there was an unsettling gleam in his eyes. “Your service has been invaluable, Lady Kevoyal Orilord,” he said, as if my life had been part of some grand design all along. I wanted to scream, to tell him that I had no interest in titles, in recognition, in any of it. But there I stood, accepting the medal, caught in a web of fate I had never wanted. ! SOMONE PLEASE SAVE ME ! And so, the girl who only wanted a quiet life in a rocking chair found herself tangled in something much more complicated than she had ever imagined!!!!
