Trapped in my Worst Novel

Protagonists, the most important characters in stories. They're the ones that are supposed to save the world and be a symbol of hope for humanity, the ones that can defeat anything in their way if they want to, the ones whom the reader wants to win and succeed... ...Well atleast thats how à good heroic protagonist should be atleast. I wrote 3 novels ever since I dropped out of college at 20 years old. My first novel was probably the worst novel to exist, bad characters, basic and repeated plot and a terribly unlikeable rude protagonist. Thankfully, the last 2 webnovels were a complete success! I was planning to retire from writing when suddenly i got hit by a car and woke up as someone i didn't recognize at all, but the worst part was that the school this body attended was the exact same school where the plot of my first novel took place, how crazy, right? Welp, i'm screwed huh? Being in the world with the dumbest and the most arrogant students ever isn't exactly a good thing to be in? Yes, yes, i'm in my own novel, but why couldn't i have entered one of my more successful novels instead?? How annoying... I guess the only thing i could do now is try to stay as far away from the arrogant protagonists as possible, I am not trying to die today! But if only the soul of this body i'm currently possessing right now wasn't screaming at me non stop to "give their body back" as if I knew how to do that, and why is there a mini version of them sitting on my left shoulder while a mini version of how i looked in my past life is sitting on my right shoulder?? This doesn't make any sense...sigh.

SORAYA THE GEM

The weather is gloomy, the air warm and humid. It is said that there is no such thing as a bad weather just soft people but today seemed rather off she walked into the little wooden house she had left a couple of hours ago surprised to see it in disarray broken chairs and tables, books, cups and clothes on the ground her eyes trailed from the mess to the man who was sitting on the ground backing her "what is this!" she wailed dropping the bag she held but she got no response she just stared at the vibrating figure on the floor confused she walked closer to him and placed a hand on his shoulders . he finally turned to her his eyes bloodshot red, his veins all visible on his red sweaty face, rage in his eyes as he stared at her with so much anger and contempt "your...... Your" she stuttered her palm getting moist she stared at his vibrating hands which had in them a scroll "tell me.... do you love me" the man spoke in a dangerously low tone "What?" she questioned confused "no... Just answer me did you ever love me?" he said now grabbing her arm tightly still maintaining the tone of his voice "your.... I... Yes, I did.... I do" she stammered staring into his eyes "Lies!!!!! Lies!.... You never loved me! it was all a lie, all pretence.... You deceived me Jasmine!" he screamed still holding her arms tightly "What do you mean I don't understand.... why are you behaving like this" she replied furrowing her brows trying to get out of his grip "OK.... Let me believe you for a second... Then why did you leave, why? I searched everywhere for you...everywhere. where were you for all those years tell me!" he growled his fingers piercing through her skin causing trickles of blood to roll down her pale skin she winced pushing him away, her gaze fell to the floor " I... I needed to leave... I had to leave for those I loved "she said as tears formed in her eyes " For those you love or yourself... I was warned.... they told me you were just a gold digger and I... I was blinded by love I let you in and you betrayed me!" he shouted, " no... what.... " " shut up!... If you are innocent then what is this? tell me "he fled the scroll at her, she stared at him for a second before bending to pick it her eyes widening in shock at what she saw " I... I don't understand... This" "let me help you understand ... you collected a large amount to stay away from me, according to this letter you demanded a cottage, hundreds of gold coins, a chest of gemstones and fifty servants at your service..... wow I must say ambitious! " he spat walking slowly to her "but... But no, I didn't demand such" she replied taking steps away from him she knew how dangerous he could get when he was furious, he gave a sinister laugh his eyes filled with pain "just how long will you keep lying, then If this is not you why did I find it in your house and hidden behind that painting... The same painting you were so cautious about!" he scowled pointing to where the paint was hanged "I don't know..... but please trust me it is not what you think.... I never collected money to leave you I promise" She swallowed, tears threatening to fall all he did was nod walking away from her, he picked up a vase and threw it at her but she bent down dodging the vase as it smashed  once it made contact with the wall behind her, she fidgeted at this sudden action of his the scroll slipping from her hands "at least make an effort while lying" he spat grabbing her hair to face him he picked up the scroll forcing her to look at it "Is this not your signature uhh... Isn't it! " his voice cracked "Yes!... Yes..... But I promise I didn't sign it... I swear!" she shut her lids as tears rolled down her cheeks.

CLAIRE(Emery )

I rushed into his office after making sure no one saw me, I went to his table rummaging through the piles of documents hoping to see something " come on there must be something incriminating here" I muttered, I was so busy that I didn't notice when the door flew open "Who are you?" A deep husky voice echoed through the room, I stood still backing the intruder, actually, I was the intruder, backing the owner of the office I was searching. My mouth went dry, and my palms sweaty fully aware of who I was dealing with. " turn around!" The voice ordered, I slowly did as he said giving the most genuine smile I could muster. " Emery?" He asked, his eyes softened as he came closer "Uncle!" I echoed a little too excitedly " what brings you here" he said staring intensely at me before taking notice of the paper in my hands, he snatched it and dropped it on the table raising his brows, I guess it's my turn to speak " What a lovely, surprise what are you doing here " I asked still holding my smile " I should be asking you that, this is my office," he said in the most lowest and dangerous tone I have ever heard " come on can't I pay my uncle a visit anymore?" I said on my tip toes placing my arms over his shoulders "Uncle?" He asked removing my arms from his shoulder and holding it tightly as I winced struggling, " well...isn't that what I call you..." I stuttered, did I make a mistake I mean that was what I saw in Emery's dairy she calls this idiot her uncle. "Who are you?" He asked his eyes dark in anger, I swallowed as my heart increased in pace, and I began to contemplate on how to stop this man from suspecting me, one thing was for sure, I couldn't be caught else I would be dead meat and I certainly do not want to die in the hands of the most dangerous mafia boss in Italy. **********CLAIRE************ After being bullied by her classmates and cousin, cheated on by her boyfriend, and witnessing the brutal death of the man who tried to protect her, Claire's life takes a dark turn.
