Earth And The Abyss
Leon Ashford was initially just a young man in his final year of college, living with a single mother and his younger sister. However, everything changed within a span of 15 days.
The world plunged into chaos as a series of catastrophic disasters struck, starting with a massive earthquake that destroyed cities and triggered tsunamis, claiming countless lives.
As the earth trembled, meteors fell from the sky, causing widespread devastation and killing millions. In just fourteen days, the human population was reduced by nearly 50%, leaving a fragile world behind.
On the fifteenth day, a strange phenomenon occurred.
Those who survived found themselves all falling asleep simultaneously, their bodies resting while their minds were trapped in a mysterious dream world known as The Abyss.
In this ethereal realm, their consciousness was ensnared, unable to escape the confines of their own thoughts. Individuals trapped in this state were called Dreambound, their minds entangled in a false reality while their bodies lay unconscious in the real world.
Only about 10% of the human population remained awake, struggling to comprehend this new reality.
This is the story of Leon Ashford in his quest to save the Earth. He battles creatures from the supernatural realm, particularly The Echoes—undead beings who retain fragments and remnants of the experiences, memories, and personalities they once had while alive.
This makes The Echoes unpredictable and extremely dangerous.
In a race against time, he must restore hope and humanity in a world where nightmares have become reality, and survival often comes at a horrific price.
