Nordic Citizen Grabs Introduction

Citizen Among the Stars- I have a system that lets me make ships?!?!

The sky over Karvess was the color of rust. Thick, swirling dust clouds hung low over the scrap fields, coating everything in a layer of fine, red powder. Jagged heaps of broken metal stretched as far as the eye could see, the discarded bones of an age long past. Somewhere in the middle of it all, a boy named Grant sat atop a gutted transport hull, staring up at the vastness above. "Same old sky," he muttered, running a hand through his dirty blond hair. "Same old nothing." It had been six years since he'd been left to fend for himself, abandoned in this wasteland of shattered starships and forgotten tech. Six years of scraping by, salvaging parts to trade for food, dodging scavengers meaner and hungrier than he was. But today was different. Today, his life would change forever. A sharp hum filled the air, making the fine hairs on the back of his neck stand up. His hands, buried in the exposed circuitry of a wrecked cockpit, tingled as the old display flickered to life. Then, a voice spoke. -System activated- Hello, user. I am the Star Navigator System. I am at your service. Grant froze. His heart hammered against his ribs. This wasn’t just any old ship AI. Star Navigators were rumored to be relics of the Pre-Imperial Era, capable of piloting ships faster and smarter than any modern system. This... this could be his way out. "Star Navigator System?" Grant echoed, his voice barely above a whisper. Then, a slow grin spread across his face. "Huh, maybe I can get into the Academy with this... Or even, create an army!" The screen pulsed with light, scanning him, assessing. Somewhere in its code, something shifted, acknowledging him as its new pilot. And just like that, Grant's future stretched wide before him—wider than the skies, wider than the stars themselves.

Cultivation throughout the void

The Vast tree realm is breaking apart, billions of lives are fleeing to the void in a bid for survival. Experience many cultivators struggle strife on the path to immortality, a family's plight, a demon beast faced with extinction, reincarnated Gods, and the many races final bid for survival. All creatures seek survival but few ever achieve it for we are all mortal and can't avoid the inevitable, so we seek to prolong life or go down in history, to not do so is simply suicide (The introductions chapters are simply to start off the story, the main cast will be introduced post introductions). will try to avoid repetitive things but sometimes it may happen like for locations, names of factions and goals, and the obligatory cultivation ranks. This story will be slow paced. updates erratic And MC will be absolutely insane... Well depending on who you see as Mc. Finally have 20+ chapters after like a year x.x average word count per chapter 2k- 2.4k. now 3k. Idk how people do it to write so much every day. ........ Tue, April, 11 - 2023 Took my uhhh long lazy break cause im lazy, but im going to start writing the next 40 chapters which will be the power introductions of the MAIN cast for the next part of our story. So basically the children are not the main cast starting off the story (thats the parents job) but over time they will grow and take center stage over them, and hopefully if I do this right I will create a bunch of different main characters some of which you WILL hate others you might love, and some you will be indifferent about. I'm not trying to make every character lovable or a straight up villain because everyone has different views in the world of what they value, seek, and how they see the world. So if you have a character you really like just know they won't always be center stage because this story is more about how everyone is their own main character and how that affects the world around them. As for the pacing of the story please feel free to tell me if its to slow or if I failed to explain something in a comprehensive way. (Don't complain about slow updates tho thats my one bad feature that I struggle with) CURRENTLY UNDER THE FINAL RE-WRITE.

In the year of famine,I fed millions of ancient citizen

Ye Mumu found that the ancestral vase in her home could magically connect to the ancient times two thousand years ago. So she met an ancient young general. The general guarded the important city on the border and was surrounded by 300,000 barbarian troops. There was a severe drought, the riverbed dried up, and 200,000 people starved to death, leaving only 80,000 people. With nowhere to go, the general and the people of the city could only wait to die passively! He begged the gods for water and food, hoping that the people would survive. Ye Mumu waved her hand and approved it! She hoarded a large amount of supplies to feed the soldiers and the people. Steamed buns, steamed buns, flower rolls, and meat sandwiches... every day is different, giving the ancients a little shock of modern food. Sending military books, hoarding food to recruit soldiers, building factory arsenals... giving the ancients a little shock of modern military. When she was deceived, the inherited family business faced bankruptcy. To repay her kindness, the general gave her a lot of money, paintings, antiques, and porcelain... With antiques, she saved the family business, became the richest woman, and reached the peak of her life! The general relied on Ye Mumu to provide modern military equipment to conquer the barbarians, recover the nine states, pacify the six kingdoms, and unify the world. He promised to build a temple for her and worship her for generations. The general sent a marriage certificate: With the mountains and rivers as a witness, I look forward to meeting you when the sea is clear and the river is calm. Under the marriage certificate is a phoenix crown and bridal robe. What a good young general, so this is what you are thinking!
