Ciri pelaku itu adalah mengenakan hoddie, topeng masker gas dan pisau dapur besar untuk menghabisi korbannya. Linda dan Sarah semakin frustasi dalam membantu polisi untuk mengungkap informasi tentang ‘The Finisher’ sebenarnya karena para korban dari pembunuh baru itu adalah mereka yang ada dalam sketsa buku catatan “Daftar Kebencian”.
