Until somehow he's summoned to a Universe he has long since left via the tunnel with the bright light (Death, duh) by a group of Cultist with a sacrificial ritual and surprisingly the world he comes back to has a noticeable difference, 40% of the worlds population are now born with some form of superpower, with some able to use such abilities at birth while other bloom into powerhouses later on in their life.
