Wife, who?
Xu Wei was many things—a smooth-talking bar owner, a self-proclaimed expert at dodging responsibility, and an absolute menace to society. But a devoted wife and mother? Not a chance.
So when he dies in the most humiliating way possible (thanks to a banana peel and some poor life choices), he never expects to wake up as Jiang Yurong—the most hated woman in her own household.
Now trapped in the body of an ice-cold socialite, Xu Wei finds himself stuck in a life he never wanted:
A husband, Liang Zhihao, who barely acknowledges his existence.
A 16-year-old son who looks at him like he’s the worst person alive.
A 12-year-old daughter who flinches at the sound of his voice.
And an entire household waiting for him to go back to being a terrible wife and mother.
But Xu Wei has never been one to follow expectations.
Armed with zero parenting skills, questionable humor, and a reckless determination, he decides if he’s stuck in this life, he might as well fix it.
Step one: Convince the kids he’s not a monster.
Step two: Get the husband to notice he exists (not romantically, just for survival).
Step three: Try not to burn the house down.
But as he slowly pieces together the broken relationships left behind, Xu Wei realizes two things:
One—he actually cares.
Two—Liang Zhihao is dangerously easy to admire.
He’s not here to fall in love.
He just wants to fix this family.
So why does it feel like he’s the one changing?
