Becoming the Tower's Administrator

Synopsis (Narrated by the MC): "They called me a fool. Eight whole years climbing a so-called 'easy' game that no one else could beat. 'Waste of time,' they said. 'Just give up,' they said. But I didn’t. I couldn’t. I knew there had to be something at the top of the Tower of Babel. And I was right. After finally beating the 99th floor, I climbed to the 100th floor expecting a grand boss fight or a glorious treasure. Instead, I got two words carved into a stone tablet: 'Thank you.' A joke, right? I felt like smashing my screen, but then... An email arrived. From the creator of the game, Levi Dog. Weird name, right? But what he said wasn’t funny. 'Congratulations on clearing the Tower. Your gift will arrive tomorrow.' I thought it was a scam. I mean, how would they know where I lived? Turns out, they knew. The next morning, there it was — a colossal, world-shaking tower piercing the sky outside my window. A tower just like the one in the game. Then came the message, floating in front of me like a system screen straight out of an RPG. 'Congratulations on becoming the Administrator of the Tower.' Administrator? What does that even mean? Well, I found out soon enough. It meant I owned it. Controlled it. The tower wasn’t a game anymore — it was real. And I wasn’t the only one who saw it. Gates started appearing worldwide, ticking down like a doomsday clock. I had 30 days before the monsters came flooding out. My 'gift' from Levi Dog came with a cruel twist — the whole world would have to climb the tower to awaken powers strong enough to face the monsters. But they only get one shot. One chance to climb. If they fail, they’re out for good. Meanwhile, I get to watch from above. Watch, guide, and control everything as the Tower’s one and only Administrator. Eight years of struggle, ridicule, and isolation. Now, the world that mocked me is begging me for guidance. Funny how things change, huh?

Sword in Stone

Artie had lived her whole life feeling like a joke. Whether it came to her full name, her parents ‘abandoning’ her and her next door neighbours taking her in, or finding out that her lover was part of a cult and was cheating on her. Said lover then stabbed her. It felt like she just couldn’t catch a break. So when she found herself in a puddle of her own blood, staring up at a fake painted sky, she could only find humour in the situation, and prayed that the next life was kinder. Only she woke up. In the same body, with the same stab wound, only in a world full of magic, swords, and a dead King Arthur? Yup. The round table existed, the knights existed, and so did everyone of legend that she’d heard about as a child. Only it was the beginning of their tales. Nothing had happened yet, except the formation of Camelot, the crowning of the King, and then the sudden death of the King of Legend, King Arthur Pendragon. She would have thought this was another cruel joke if everyone wasn’t wandering around in mourning clothes. If this was a practical joke, it wasn’t a very funny one. Artie was tired. She’d already spent almost a decade working as a police officer, and then a detective, so she felt like she had earned her peace. Especially after all the shit she’d been put through, but someone had different plans. And Artie’s life wasn’t quite done yet. In fact, it seemed like in the eyes of the creatures of this world, this was where she was always meant to be. The time she spent getting her ass handed to her in the other dimension? Just a warm up. And now she was expected to just…go along with what everyone else wanted her to do? Including magical beings who were responsible for taking her from one dimension to another. Artie felt like she was in over her head, even if there were several concerned, attractive knights around her. She wasn’t sure if she was going to run away from all the new responsibilities, or embrace them. She wasn’t a rule breaker by nature, but maybe now was the time to change?

Belmont Chronicle

What are the pros and the cons of regressing back in time? Pros: Certainly, sure, you have a second chance. Another opportunity to fight for survival, to somehow win against the damned pest invaders, and to save the ones that you couldn’t before. But cons: It’s just impossible. Why even bother? The twin, Azia and Cyril Belmont have two completely different opinions on this matter. For Azia, this whole thing is a miracle. It isn’t just a second life for her, but for everyone on earth to once again fight for their survival. And this time, she will win. She will make sure of it. What kind of idiot would turn this down? As for Cyril, he just wonders why the fuck is he even here. How the hell is he supposed to change anything that would stop the earth from crumbling away? What? Is randomly turning left instead of going right on a sunny day would somehow miraculously stop the damn sky from tearing apart?? And who the fuck is responsible for this!? They certainly don’t have any answers. *** Author note: This story has two protagonists and will be told from both point-of-views, so the first few chapters might be a little long and rocky as some information might be repeated. But I promise it’s not going to be much, just give me some time to sort out the writing style and world’s building. Later on, they will embark on two different journeys that will make this writing approach more smooth and convenient, maybe, probably. Also, I’m very new to writing so please feel free to comment and help out this author-nim out. That’s all, enjoy the read!

Eminent Shadows:The Trilogy

This story contains Elemental magic and mysteries to come! Updates 1 chapter a day —There was a shout, and I turned to see we were surrounded by a couple dozen men dressed fully in black. “Who are you!?” Clay called to them. I pushed forward till I was standing beside him. “We are the shadows..” I stared at them. “We have come for our revenue!” The man who was speaking had a voice that was airy, almost like he wasn’t real. “We have done nothing to you!” I called out. “Have you not?“ there as an echo of high pitched chuckles. “You dirt, stole our master and brought him into this world before you killed his father.” I was lost. I couldn't tell what he was even talking about. “What master? What is his name?” I asked in a loud voice, fighting to make it sound strong. “Leonurus! He is a master of shadows, and a master of darkness.” “And how did we take him?” The man chuckled again. “You are one to talk, greedy woman, you are the one who stole him!.” He pointed at me. “What is he talking about, is he from that other world?” I shook my head. “Your cursed spells, you try to deny it!” I stepped forward away from the huddled group behind me. “I have never messed with the darkness!” He stared at me. “You are the one that took him away through birth.” It hit me and I flinched, the baby! “I don’t know where he is.” I finally said after a second. PS: There are many different POVs but only one main couple in each vol -NOT A HAREM-
