Kaleen came from a family which haunted vampires for many generations. When the Kingdom Vel was suddenly attacked with werewolves, She came to ask for the help of the king of vampires, Marcus. As one already recognized as hunter by the vampire community, she was turned down many times. As Kaleen was desperate to gain the powerful king’s support, she sacrificed herself including her ideals for her people. What Kaleen didn’t know that she had fallen into a plot created by Marcus himself. From the deliberate attack of werewolves in Vel to the relentless struggle of the people there which finally pushed the princess, Kaleen, into making the decision of her life of marrying him. This is to push the Vel to the brink of destruction until it would crawl right on his palace’s footsteps for help and to deny Askian, a werewolf king of a rival kingdom, from his own mate Princess Kaleen.
