You must have also seen the myth tag. I've noticed that not many books here write these kinds of stories that talk about mythology. They are here, but in small numbers, so I decided to try my hand at this and hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy writing it. Something to keep in mind is that the book does not jump right into the main plot in the first few chapters because a series of events must occur first, but don't worry, it doesn't take long before the story truly begins. This is also a slice of life so expect a couple more chapters but don't worry, they won't be meaningless rubbish. And, yes, this is fiction, so please disregard common sense for most things. What are you thinking when reading light novel or anime? Do you feel happy? Or sad? Or confused? Or have you even think about anything while reading or watching anime? For example, when the FML (female lead) or FMC (female main character) died protecting the MC from monsters or from truck-kun (this ending is common in romance genre anime). I'll give another example. When the female lead 'sacrifice' her body for MC sake when the enemies threatens to kill the MC. Or when the female lead died together with MC in the ending to protect the 'world'. I'll ask you again. What do you felt exactly when the situation above happened in the light novel or anime you're watching? Are you angry? Or you felt sad? Did you feel confused? For me, the MC in this novel. My answer is F**K YES! I felt angry toward the MC because he failed to protect the female lead from dying or getting 'r**e' by the bad guy. I felt sad for the female lead for having a useless, stu**d and weak person as their MC. I'm confused. Why can't the MC became just a little bit wiser, stronger and braver? Maybe he can atleast help female lead avoid their tragic fate? I'm confused. Why is the female lead so stu**d sometime to sacrifice their lives for MC's sake? For world's sake? Just to be remembered? Where's the logic in that? Thus, one day. I decided. I SHALL BE THE MC I SHALL PROTECT THE FEMALE LEAD THAT IS WORTHY FOR ME TO PROTECT I SHALL CHANGE THE FATE ALTHOUGH I'M NOT TALENTED NOR AM I NORMAL ALTHOUGH I'M NOT GOOD OR RIGHTEOUS NOR AM I EVIL OR WICKED ALTHOUGH I'M NOT STRONG I'M NOT WEAK EITHER ALTHOUGH I'M NOT ARROGANT NOR AM I HUMBLE I'M NOT ANYTHING! I'M JUST 'NOTHING'! I'LL JUST CRUSH WHATEVER' BLOCKING MY WAY EVEN WHEN I'M AGAINST THE REAL 'GOD' HIMSELF! THIS IS MY WILL! MY RESOLUTION! THIS IS MY DECISION!

a very short story about a man who's devotion is to an unknown god. this isn't my story but a story made up of Tumblr comments by 3 different users on a writing prompt post (sadeouphemist, ciiriianan, stu-pot) so please don't give it powerstones or anything of the sort. A hero is someone who gives of himself, often putting his own life at great risk, for the greater good of others. However, a hero is also somebody who voluntarily walks into the unknown. In a world like the one we live in is one that could make people go crazy, we are fortunate that there are those willing to put their lives at risk to protect us, after all, could society have ever developed without the soldiers that keep our homes safe? All I know is that not all of them explicitly wish to protect us, neither do I, however, since my dream could only be achieved through this method, I'm willing to risk my life in this job. .......................................................................................................... English isn't my first language and I'm still learning, if you have suggestions and tips on how to improve my writing or any other aspect of this story, please I invite you to tell me how since it's a win-win situation for us. There won't be a Harem in this story and I'll try my best to not make it a wish-fulfillment story, I do not like a Gary Stu main character but as someone who has tried to write a few times, I know very well how easy it is to fall in this damnable type of character if things end up going way too far from what I planned I'll probably erase the chapters where things went wrong and I will rewrite them. And PLEASE, if you do not like my story, at least be gentle enough to explain why instead of cursing me or simply giving my story one star while repeating a few words so that you can publish your review. I won't be able to improve if you do something like that.
