Ceret Air Jadul

Atticus [BL]

“Evil God of the Universe, You are in every space and time. Present in every dimension of reality and govern the darkness of our world. Oh, almighty Atticus! Hear our plea and grant us your presence tonight, awaken my Lord!” The rain had completely stopped and the strong gale had subsided into the fading raindrops. The night had turned eerily silent and only the sizzling and cackling of the fire entered their ears. Suddenly, they all felt like floating from their feet despite setting foot on the watery, hard ground, as if they were traversing into space. The darkness of the night gradually turned darker, enveloping them, morphing into everyone, like a void eating them slowly. Sequentially, their breathing turned oddly slower. Despite exaggeratedly inhaling air to breathe, it was to no avail, as if a higher entity was limiting them from breathing. Nolan felt his throat and tried to open his mouth to gasp more air but failed. Everyone but him was in a state of indignation and panic as they struggled to breathe to fill their lungs with air. Nolan tried to calm his heart. He closed his eyes and stopped inhaling air in pure panic, instead, he put his heartbeat and breathing into a rhythm. It was hard at first, but after a minute, he found his breathing gradually went stable. His whole being was in pure anticipation of what was going to happen next. After a couple more minutes, the storm completely subsided, the night turned to normal. Nolan remained standing, taking in his surroundings with his eyes closed. Everything turned silent. The eerie atmosphere and the crackling of the fire from the hay figure didn’t even enter his ears. Nolan waited for a couple more minutes, his breathing turning normal. He was reluctant to open his eyes, afraid he might ruin their ritual. “It’s alright now, Young Master. You can open your eyes now.” Nolan’s breathing hitched. He jolted on his feet as he fluttered his eyes open. “Atticus? W-why are you here?” The butler, standing in front of him, a raincoat hung on his arms, smiled. “I am everywhere, Young Master, in order to best serve you.” **** Atticus, a demi-god from the underworld, was cast out of his parents from their realm and was thrown into the human world. The reason? He hadn't given them grandchildren yet.

Starting With The End

“Let’s make things right now, shall we?” An otaku, socially awkward, 20 years old Airi Shin, was peacefully living her university life, without a hitch. Until her life changed overnight, as she faced an accident on Christmas by a white car running over her. Soon the light before her eyes started to fade away. But when she woke up, she found herself somewhere she wasn’t supposed to be. While she was wondering when and how she landed up there, a man came to her, offering her a chance. To make everything right where it went wrong, and change her fate. Getting to know her entire situation, she met new people, some new situations, and some new feelings bloomed. —————— “That guy is a threat to her, and I will do anything to prevent them from meeting, even if they are fated, to protect her smile,” Ryo swore to himself, while seeing a bright smile on Airi’s face. —————— “I know it might be rude of me now, but can I be your acquaintance once again?” Carter expectantly asked Airi, when the bright moonlight poured over her, making her the most beautiful in the world. —————— “Get the hell out of my sight! Get out! You should’ve been dead all along!” Airi was never bothered by any harsh words, and Shiro was no one to her. Yet somehow, him saying all of this while looking at her with hatred, pierced her heart so badly that she couldn’t stop the tears rolling down her eyes. —————— “I won’t let your lifetimes be filled in despair ever again, I will help you to resolve your regrets in every lifetime, so can it be me?” eyes filled with emotions, Ryo said it to her. And there is this voice, which keeps ringing in her head. A voice so deep, pleading to her every time on her deathbed. “Don’t go! Don’t die on me again!” “I don’t deserve to be by his side, but I want to… and it hurts…” Airi broke into tears, while nature was also harmonizing with her, pouring rain. So many loose ends to tie, so many regrets to resolve. Amidst all of this, will Airi be able to make her life better? Will she be able to deal with the unknown yet oddly familiar events unfolding before her? In between all of this, will their love really bloom? Or it will dry out before that, and fade away in the pages of their lives? —————— Yosh, y'all! This is my very first attempt to write something down. And it’s totally my imaginary world, where I used a tid-bits of reality, so if anything hurts or triggers you, allow me to let you know that whatever I did here, totally for the sake of my story, and of course no harm intended. Caution alert! There are multiple male leads, but who would be the main lead that is the question! Say it love triangle, rectangle, pentangle, whatever you fit ;-; *The cover photo is something I found and edited according to my choice and preferences, so definitely credits to the rightful owner!* Join my discord: https://discord.gg/22JepJWX4D IG: @namcandy101 FB: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100073239561050 (Search Nam Candy)

Celestial Embers Chronicles

The Trials are about to begin; Seraphim looks to the past to learn about her uncertain future. Being a Celestial Arborist has never been easy; and soon she learns there are more secrets to unfold. Will she abandon everything she knows in search of the truth? Check out our other story Snow White and Her Vampire King. Updates on Mondays. http://wbnv.in/a/1dibx6X “Harriette,” she whispered, her voice trembling, “we need to go. Now.”  The temperature dropped around them, Seraphim could see her breath, and her breathing was ragged as it drew in the sharp air.  Harriette’s body began to quiver as she too, sensed the shift in the air. But before they could move, a figure emerged from the shadows of the trees. It was unlike anything Seraphim had ever seen—a towering, hunched creature cloaked in darkness. Its eyes glowed faintly, twin orbs of eerie green light. The gaze seemed to pierce through her, seeping into her very soul. “Don’t look at it!” Seraphim hissed, grabbing Harriette’s arm and pulling her back. “Whatever you do, don’t meet its eyes!” The sisters stumbled backward, the creature’s guttural growl vibrating through the air. Seraphim’s heart pounded as she tried to remember the stories she had heard—legends of beasts that roamed beyond the wall, their gaze capable of paralyzing even the bravest of souls. They turned to flee, crashing through the underbrush in a desperate attempt to escape. But the creature was fast, its heavy footsteps thundering behind them.
