Casey wilder is diagnosed with Chrono Degeneration Mortalis(CDM) a rare congenital condition that accelerates cellular degeneration, leading to premature aging and a drastically shortened lifespan.
As he turns 17years he is implanted with a curse on his body which can turn him into a monster.

Navigating his new life with the curse, trying to control the inner beast within him. He finds others who are cursed with the mark. In his darkest life, he confronts villains, allies and one and his only love.
