Do Swans Kill Themselves When Their Mate Dies

Cameraman Never Dies

In the greed-filled world of corporate empires and magic knights, Min Jae was a king in business, with pockets so deep he could drown in them. That is, until his life deemed his playthrough unfair and gave him a red card. Poison was his family's best friend, as everyone had at least tasted it once, not twice because they never could. Death was never on his calendar, neither was an offer for a divine gig. Enter the Deity of Stories, a celestial being with a fetish for plot twists, who offers Min Jae a deal he can't refuse: become her divine cameraman. No, not the kind with a lens, but one who records the tales of mortals. In return, he gets a second shot at life, in a world where his dearly departed parents are alive and well, ready to dote on him from birth. Reborn as Judge (because “Min Jae 2.0” sounded too dull), he quickly realizes this new life is no gift. This steampunk utopia, filled with airships, clockwork gadgets, and an alarming lack of Wi-Fi, thrives on manipulation. But who needs the internet when you have a divine camera and the sharp mind to control it all? Judge isn’t just here to record stories; he’s here to write them, casting himself as the mastermind behind every twist and turn. Armed with his divine powers, he navigates complex schemes, power-hungry nobles, and ruthless industrialists, all while keeping his ultimate goal hidden: to ascend to godhood and rewrite his own fate. Of course, he generally makes a glorious mess of things, all while trying to keep his dear parents blissfully unaware of his less-than-angelic schemes. But as the stakes rise and the Deity of Stories watches his every move, Judge must tread carefully. Can he manipulate his way to the top, or will he become just another character in someone else’s plot twist? --- The story won't be dropped and I will continue until the end. So, I appreciate your support through Power Stones and Golden Tickets, Just read the first few chapters I am confident that you would like this thing.

MATED TO MY ALPHA MATE

"Being mated to the dreadful alpha was something I could’ve never imagined," Diva thought with a heavy sigh. "Ugh! Ahh!" she screamed, throwing a pillow across the room. "I’m so frustrated with everything right now," she muttered to herself. Her voice wavered with anger as she continued, "I never liked this man! And yet, that stupid soothsayer declared I’m mated to this unmerciful brute who kills over the slightest mistake." Her words were venomous, her frustration spilling into every corner of her room. She began tearing through her belongings, scattering clothes and breaking anything in her path. A loud bang came from the door, making her pause. "Diva!" Mikael’s firm voice cut through the silence. "You have to stop this nonsense and come back to your senses. Destiny doesn’t change just because you want it to." "Go away, Mikael!" Diva snapped, her voice cracking with desperation. "I hear you, loud and clear," Mikael replied with an edge of sarcasm. "But when you’re ready to stop acting like a child, don’t forget to call me. I’ll always be there, whether you like it or not." His tone softened slightly, but the sound of his footsteps walking away came swiftly after. Diva leaned her back against the door, sliding down to the floor as tears streamed down her cheeks. It felt like her whole world had been flipped upside down. She wiped at her face but couldn’t stop the sobs from breaking free. "Why him?" she whispered into the empty room. "Of all the people in the world, why did it have to be Derek?" Her mind raced with memories of Derek—the cold, piercing eyes that seemed to see through everyone, the air of authority that silenced even the boldest warriors, and the bloodstained rumors of his merciless reign. A knock came at the door again, softer this time. "Diva," Mikael’s voice was gentler now. "I know this isn’t easy for you. But running from it won’t change the truth. You need to face him. Talk to him. Maybe he’s not as bad as you think." She clenched her fists, her nails digging into her palms. "Not as bad as I think? You don’t know him, Mikael. You don’t know what he’s capable of." "And neither do you," Mikael replied. "Maybe it’s time you found out." The silence that followed was deafening. Diva closed her eyes, her head dropping to her knees. She wanted to scream, to protest, to demand a different fate. But deep down, she knew Mikael was right. "Why does it feel like my life has been sold off to the devil himself?" she murmured. Her thoughts were interrupted by a chilling gust of wind that swept through the open window. She froze, her eyes darting to the curtains billowing in the night air. For a moment, she felt as if she was being watched. "Destiny, huh?" she whispered bitterly, glancing at the reflection of her tear-streaked face in the shattered mirror across the room. "If this is my destiny, then fate has made a terrible mistake."

I Will Kill The Extra

"He thought knowledge was power, but knowing the story won’t save him from me." ********** Extra Takes It All! True to its title, that hypocrite really does take it all. Opportunities? “Nah, the protagonist is too overpowered to even bother with them. I’ll take what he ignores—anything for my survival.” A harem? “I just help them a bit with their internal struggles, and somehow they keep clinging to me.” Items? “He barely uses them. They’re just lying around, so I’ll put them to good use.” And yet, that hypocrite keeps whining: *“I’m not supposed to be the protagonist. I don’t want to change the story’s outcome. I’ll just enjoy it from the sidelines.”* *Chuckle* Yeah, right. Somehow, I pushed through that mess of a plot. The other characters? They were decent. Well-developed. They felt real and believable. But that so-called “extra”? He was a walking contradiction. He started out on the sidelines, but gradually got more and more overpowered—until he himself became the story’s villain. As for the ending, don't even get me started. It really felt like the final battle was slapped together based on Authors hormones. The climax didn't make any sense at all, it was just a mess which totally twisted the logic that built up till this point of the story. So, what did I do wrong? I just cursed him a little, that’s all. And to be honest, he deserved it. Then, fate being fate, I ended up in that same novel that frustrated me. But unlike that Extra who cried about being thrown into a dangerous world and all, my situation is genuinely screwed. If I want to survive, there’s only one way: kill the extra. Yes, you heard me right. I won’t stop you, I will straight up kill. As your Professor, I’ll have plenty of chances.
