The story takes place in 2013 Japan in the busy city of Tokyo. Tokyo might seem like a nice and normal place to live on the outside but there is alot of corruption lurking around the corner. Kidnappers, human trafficking, unexplained deaths and systems running right behind the normal civilian's back. And what's a city filled with danger without a vigilante, an unknown hero who purges Tokyo of these scums. He's a villain to the police but at the same time he's doing them a favor and they stop at nothing to get him behind bars however what noone knows is that he is seeking vengeance for a scar that he will have to carry for the rest of his life.
