Adora Seijiro adalah seorang siswa menengah atas tingkat akhir yang berniat ingin menjalani kehidupannya dengan tenang bersama sahabatnya. Berkat kepintaran nya, ia diterima sebagai mahasiswa di universitas Akitazawa siapa sangka, disaat ia ingin pergi ke kampusnya suatu insiden yang tidak di inginkan oleh Adora sendiri terjadi dan mau tak mau ia dilarikan ke rumah sakit, dan selama itu ia sering kali merasa jenuh karena sendirian disana, disaat masa perawatan lukanya ada pasien laki-laki yang akan dirawat di ruangan yang sama dengan Adora, awalnya mereka merasa canggung tapi seiringnya berjalan waktu siapa sangka mereka menjadi dekat dan akrab dan muncul perasaan suka pada Adora kepada laki-laki tersebut. Sayangnya pasien laki-laki itu tidak ada harapan lagi untuk hidup lebih lama. Apakah yang akan terjadi diantara keduanya?
