In a universe shaped by the Big Bang, powerful Gods serve as caretakers, while other divine beings, like the vengeful Adder, threaten cosmic balance. Millennia ago, a prophecy foretold a scion of the foresightful God, Celestia, would one day rule the universe. This led to a devastating war orchestrated by Adder, targeting a powerful faction known as The Nexus and its leader, a master of a unique, universe-controlling technique. Though The Nexus was annihilated and its leader seemingly perished, the technique, the Primordial Tether, remained elusive to Adder.
The story begins in a desolate corner of the world on the continent of Vrindavan, where Orion, a gifted but struggling teenager, lives with his grandmother, Celestia, and a group of orphans. Unaware of his profound heritage or the ancient war that claimed his family, Orion struggles with a peculiar inability to cultivate magic conventionally. Hunted by a tyrannical City Lord who enslaves nascent mages, Orion finds himself in a collapsing dungeon, facing certain death.
In a moment of desperation, a hidden power awakens within him, revealing his true nature and his unique connection to the very essence of dungeons. As he begins to understand the extraordinary technique he unknowingly wields and the destiny whispered by ancient prophecies, Orion must navigate a world filled with danger, uncover the truth of his past, and master his abilities. He is the last hope, unknowingly carrying the means to fulfill a cosmic prophecy, challenge vengeful Gods, and ultimately become the universe's Greatest Dungeon Master.
