Testament Of A Survivor

The world around me lay in ruins, a haunting reminder of what once was, my hand squelched in the thick, dark liquid that stained the cracked pavement—blood, pooling from the fallen, a testament to the chaos that had unfolded. Buildings, once towering symbols of human achievement, now stood as skeletal remains, their shattered windows resembling empty eyes staring into the abyss. The air was heavy with the stench of decay and despair, mingling with the acrid smoke that still curled from the remnants of pink fires still burning brightly . Strangely everywhere was silent, as i searched for a sign of life in this hellish landscape, searching for any sign of life or hope. Every shadow felt like a threat, and every sound made my heart race. In this world, weakness was the greatest sin. As I looked down at my chest only to see it peirced by a metal rod and my leg twisted as if ensuring i wouldn't try to walk, i was filled with so much pain that i couldn't think straight as my mind was filled with the death of my parents and the destruction that seems to echo around me. Only the remnants of my humanity and the pain that I was feeling that was judging my presence in this broken reality. I wanted to stay alive i truly did, but the weight of the image of my blood-soaked dead bodies of my parents lingered in my mind, a constant reminder of the fragility of life and the darkness that had consumed us all. Thinking back I thought 'what has led to this.'

The Labyrinth Keys

In the sprawling waste zones of Ashfield, a city choked by the refuse of a broken society, Jack Vesper sorts through discarded junk with no real future in sight. At 25, he's just another misfit, another person tossed aside by the world, now working a grueling job as a garbage sorter. The days are monotonous, but when he stumbles upon a strange, black metal sphere buried deep in the trash, everything changes. Curious, Jack presses a hidden button on the sphere, releasing a small black chip into his hand. It feels heavy with mystery and potential, too precise to be just another piece of discarded tech. With no one else around on a slow Saturday shift, Vesper pockets the chip and continues his work, unaware that this seemingly insignificant object is about to pull him into a new, dangerous world. Jack's curiosity gets the better of him, and he travels to a long-forgotten lab on the outskirts of the city. The lab, once a hub for cutting-edge research, is now abandoned, its halls lined with old maps, blueprints, and cryptic notes. As he begins to study the charts, he discovers a book of labyrinths spanning the globe-labyrinths not just made of stone, but of technology and power, their existence hidden from the world. Some of these labyrinths hold secrets of unimaginable value; others, unfathomable dangers. The chip seems to be a key-a gateway into these labyrinths. As Jack begins to piece together the labyrinth's secrets, he realizes that it could lead him to a power unlike anything the world has ever known. But with that power comes the threat of those who would stop at nothing to control it. The line between friend and foe blurs, and Vesper must navigate not only the physical maze but the twisted web of secrets and lies surrounding him. The adventure begins with one small chip-and the future depends on what Jack discovers within the labyrinth's depths.

The sphere of knowledge

The end came silently, not with an explosion, but with the imminent exhaustion of the energy that gave life to the universe. The calculations were irrefutable: entropy was advancing without pause, consuming the stars until they were left in a state of coldness and death. Humanity, which had conquered the galaxy and mastered the laws of physics, was facing its final challenge: extinction. For centuries, the most brilliant scientists and thinkers searched for a solution, but collapse was inevitable. They could not fight against the fate of the cosmos, but they could ensure that their existence was not forgotten. Thus one last project. A perfect structure, built with materials unknown even to its own creators, capable of withstanding the passage of eons. Inside, it housed the entirety of human knowledge: history, science, philosophy, technology, art and culture. More than just a simple archive, it contained an artificial intelligence with evolutionary capabilities, designed to preserve, learn and adapt to any environment in which it might find itself. With one last effort, the Archive was launched into the abyss of space, traversing unknown dimensions and realities, with one goal: to find a new home, a place where their knowledge could be passed on, where humanity could, in some way, be reborn. Centuries, millennia, perhaps eons later, the Archive descended upon a different world. A world where magic was the essence that ruled life, where ancient civilizations fought for dominance over forgotten realms and impossible creatures sailed the skies and seas. It was in this world that a young man, unknown to his own people, would find the greatest legacy of an extinct civilization. And with it, change the fate of everything he knew. The age of magic was about to meet the lost knowledge of another world.

Proteus' Paradigm and Pandora's Paradox

Three times the universe has begun with a bang, and twice it ended with the stars being devoured by something that does not exist. The third time, however, something that *should not have existed* hijacked the process. 729 eternal proto-stars now orbit the Cornerstone of all Creation, in which sleeps Arius, the Arbiter of the fifteen dimensions Creation exists in, and Nobody; as Guardian of the Non-Euclidean Infinite Archive, existing outside of reality... isolated . Across those fifteen dimensions which the two watch over; preside "Bearers of Sparks," or "Exceptions," empowered by the myriad stars, and metaphysical influence, spread across the multiverse. Beings across all fifteen dimensions are bound by a plethora of things, but first and foremost aside from causality is something called "The First Anomaly," which exists in all dimensions simultaneously. The dimension it is observed in will shift reality in accordance with a number of precepts, which are determined by the second most prominent binding aspect of the Third Cycle: "The Rule of Three." The Rule of Three is the physical formation of a paranormal law of nature, which acts as a causal filtration device. It also has a secondary function, which allows for Exceptions to offset and utilize any amount of energy in flux by bypassing the typical side-effects of thermodynamic energy transfer as we understand it. This is not to be confused for magic, because magic has a cost. This isn't reality bending/warping in the conventional sense either, as it's not bending the whole of reality but a singular aspect in a nigh-infinite multitude of potential ways, with 100% energy efficiency in cost/effectiveness/application which those who are not Exceptions cannot replicate without multiple sponsorships. This story follows an abnormality above anomalies; an Exception among Exceptions, a Transmigrator from the other side of an otherwise impassable wall, by the name of Lee Kühren.
