Is It Aluminum Or Aluminium

fire or DARKNESS ?

Elena Blackwood thought the legends of the Hollow Man were nothing more than ghost stories—until she returns to her hometown of Black Hollow and discovers the truth: not only is the Hollow Man real, but she is bound to him by blood, prophecy, and an ancient power sleeping within her. When her mysterious Aunt Vivienne reappears, revealing the dark legacy of Elena's bloodline, everything unravels. Elena is the final key to awakening a power older than time—and standing at the center of it are two supernatural men who would do anything to claim her. One is Dorian, the Hollow Man himself. Dark, enigmatic, and cursed, he has waited lifetimes for Elena. To him, she is his destined mate—his salvation and his doom. Dorian will stop at nothing to have her, believing that their bond is inevitable, written in blood and fate. The other is Miles, Elena’s childhood protector, who harbors supernatural abilities of his own. Fiercely loyal and secretly in love with her, Miles is determined to free Elena from the forces trying to control her—even if it means challenging destiny and battling Dorian head-on. As Elena’s powers begin to awaken and a strange mark burns into her skin, she’s forced to confront the terrifying truth: she isn’t just part of a prophecy—she is the prophecy. Torn between two powerful men and the looming war between light and darkness, Elena must decide whether to embrace her fate, fight it, or forge a new path entirely. But the deeper she goes, the more she realizes… Love may be the most dangerous force of all.

Cold or numb

“And what is it about him that still makes you love him?” I asked, sensing I already knew the answer. “Oh, my dear, please try not to hold onto so much resentment for your father. He might—” “Mom!” I interrupted, my voice breaking as a sardonic laugh escaped me. “How can you still find a way to justify his actions? Even if you have some lingering feelings for him, shouldn’t they fade when you think about what he’s done to me? Am I really not as important as the man who has only brought you pain?” My emotions overwhelmed me, and I struggled to hold back my tearsThe silence enveloped us, and I could feel the weight of uncertainty in the air. I couldn't help but wonder what had clouded my mom's judgment, perhaps it was the influence of that man she called her husband. “Mom, I think it's time for you to choose a side,” I said, my voice trembling as I neared the end of my sentence, fully aware that I might never address him that way again. “You can’t keep pretending this is going to work. It’s either me or…him.” “Serena, please, you can't win against your dad. I really think you should drop any thoughts of going against him. He’s not as bad as you believe, dear. Remember, he’s the one who pays for this house and your college tuition. Your clothes and food—all of that is still his responsibility, and he’s meeting those obligations. All I ask is that you finish college, find a job, or better yet, settle down with a good man,” my mom urged, her voice tinged with an earnest desperation as if she were trying to convince not just me but herself. I listened, trying to remain calm, a bittersweet smile crossing my lips as I realized I couldn't back down from my convictions. “Alright, Mom, if you’ve chosen Mr. Andre, that’s your decision. But I won’t be swayed—I’m going to forge my own path, and I hope you’ll understand that when the time comes.” With that, a sense of resolve washed over me, and I braced myself for the future ahead, knowing it would be filled with both challenges and possibilities.

What's happening? Why is it happening? How is it happening?

It's a draft of my web novel. I'm afraid I'll become inconsistent if I saved only on my pc. So, I'm uploading it here for accountability. So, Bear with the rough format for the next 100 chapters. I'll refine it after reaching 100 chapters while uploading it once a week. The goals are:- • Maintaining Consistency Over Perfectionism. • Learning about this field (as it's my first time writing my own web novel.) • Enjoying the thrill of creating a draft without worrying about any sort of refinement. Cautions:- • It can be overwhelming with the fast pacing. • It's supposed to be a chaos - comedy - meta - realistic type of genre. (It's one of its kind, I know. That's the goal.) • Typos. I'll do my bare minimum to correct typos. But, I don't think I'll be focusing that much of editing right now... • A future where I may just stop without any warning (I'd hate to add this one, but who knows if I'd still be alive the next day...) Theme:- It's supposed to be a writer becoming too self aware that his characters are out of his control, from the start. The story is supposed to unfold right before the eyes as now the writer do not have any way of knowing what's happening and why and how it's happening? Warnings (again):- • I'd hate to say it again, but the pacing is fast at start... I'll try to control it as I learn how to... • The typos are too obvious. I'll refine it as much as I can, but I feel like I'm losing my voice and personality in the words, if I correct it too much... Request:- Kindly Review and Comment. I might require your genuine feedback. ---- That's all. Enjoy The Ride!

Dead or Continue

The world didn’t end with a bang, but with a scream. The Green Atomia Virus—also known as the GA-Virus—appeared suddenly in Berlin and East Jakarta. Within hours, people convulsed, slammed their heads against walls, their ears ringing with unbearable noise, and their bodies drenched in blood. They lost their sight, but their hearing transformed into a deadly hunting tool. It didn’t take weeks to spread. Just one day. One day was all it took to topple human civilization. Izagiri Amselman was just an ordinary boy when the world vanished before his eyes. He lost his parents, his home, and every reason to hope. Now, he walks alone through the ruins of a fallen world, heading toward a single place rumored to have survived: the city of Antioch. On his journey—through cities and forests now consumed by the virus’s fog—Izagiri meets a mysterious girl named Feona Leonhart. Both lost, both wounded, they decide to travel together, sharing food, danger, and a fragile hope in a world already gone. Ten years pass. They grow, endure, and eventually join the Great Cleansing Organization, a group formed amid chaos with a single goal: to fight back. Not only against the blind zombies known as the Dread, but also against terrifying creatures called Anomalies, mutations of the virus that have transcended nature’s limits. Ordinary weapons don’t work. They must rebuild lost technology, fuse it with magical forces, and entrust their lives to untested weaponry. Feona becomes a killer. Izagiri becomes a feared front-line hunter. Now, they carry out deadly missions for supplies, territory, and truth. But beneath it all, one question remains: Are they fighting for humanity… or just to survive?
