The One-Sided God
Starting Position:
The world is divided into two realms: the Realm of Light and the Realm of Shadows. These two factions have been at war for centuries, with neither side gaining a lasting advantage. The land between the two realms is a desolate wasteland known as the Borderlands, where few dare to tread.
The protagonist, Kael, is a young man born in the Kingdom of Light, where the Light is revered as the only true path to peace and prosperity. He is considered weak because he has no control over the light magic that others in his realm easily command. Unlike his peers, Kael has been ostracized, looked down upon as a mere burden, and his future seems bleak.
However, Kael’s life changes when he accidentally stumbles into the Borderlands and encounters a mysterious figure—Nyx, a warrior from the Realm of Shadows. Nyx is an expert in shadow magic, a dangerous and forbidden art. She is initially hostile but eventually takes Kael under her wing after he shows an unexpected talent for manipulating shadows. This marks the beginning of his journey to unlock his true potential, which could either end the war or fuel its destruction.
Main Characters:
Kael (Protagonist):
Role: A young, weak man from the Kingdom of Light who becomes a key figure in the war.

Liora (Rival/Friend):
Role: A powerful light mage from the Kingdom of Light, and Kael’s childhood friend.
Appearance: Golden hair, radiant skin, bright green eyes that shine with the magic of the Light.
Personality: Noble, determined, and slightly arrogant due to her immense magical power. She believes the Light is the only true path and resents Kael’s inability to use light magic.
Abilities: Proficient in light magic, capable of healing, creating shields, and manipulating light into weapons of destruction.
Thorne (Antagonist):
Role: A high-ranking commander in the Realm of Shadows, who seeks to bring the war to an end by obliterating the Realm of Light.
Appearance: Tall, with dark, flowing robes, and an aura of deep power. His eyes are a haunting shade of black.
Personality: Ruthless, cunning, and power-hungry. Thorne believes the world can only be saved through the complete domination of the Shadows. He sees Kael as both a threat and a potential tool to use against the Light.
Abilities: Dark magic that allows him to manipulate shadows into weapons, control minds, and summon shadow creatures.
Solara (Potential Ally/Guide):
Role: An ancient being of light who once existed before the division of realms, she represents a forgotten connection between the Light and the Shadows.
Appearance: Ethereal, glowing with a soft golden light, long flowing hair, and an ageless appearance.
Personality: Wise, serene, and enigmatic. She believes the war can only end when both realms find balance, and she sees Kael as the key to achieving this.
