Book Skeleton

Demonic Skeleton God

❗[Current Writing Contest-WebNovel Spirity Awards 2025 Fantas]❗ Flain grew up in a futuristic world. When he was born his parents didn't want him because he didn't live up to their expectations and so he ended up very badly. Flain was employed as a slave. He was forced to mine radioactive iron deep in the mines. It was drilled into his head that he existed only to obey orders. Young Flain was obedient. He doubted some of it but knew nothing else. For years, he never saw a single ray of light; light was only spoken of among the others as a legend. The routine was the same: in the morning, he would take a nutrient tablet and water. Then he would mine all day, sleep eight hours, and repeat. Flain worked like this from childhood until he was ten years old. He even found a friend, but that friend died of radiation poisoning right in front of Flain. Flain couldn't stop mining. He kept mining with tears streaming down his face. Before bed, Flain cried. "I will become the strongest. I will kill you all, and you will become my slaves." Flain stopped crying, stared blankly at the rocky ceiling, then looked ahead. A manic grin appeared on his face, one that would often adorn it from that moment on. At the age of ten, Flain was assigned to a military camp due to his endurance in the mines and his survival against radiation. In the camp, Flain was trained. The regime was much looser; he even had an hour of free time each day. However, Flain didn't make any more friends. Even during his free time, he trained with a smile. He would achieve his goal at any cost, even if it meant training himself to death. Experiments were conducted on Flain. He lost his hair, two long gray arms grew on his back, and a third red eye appeared. Flain became a mutant. Flain was then sent to war. He fought with sharp katabas. He performed quite well in the war, earning himself command of ten soldiers and becoming a small commander. But one day, everything changed. Flain then dies, is swallowed by darkness, and Flain refuses to die, thus appearing as a skeleton in a fantasy world.

The book of whisper

Title: The Book of Whispers Genre: Supernatural Horror / Dark Fantasy Tone: Raw, Atmospheric, Unnerving Synopsis: Lena Carter never wanted the book. Her estranged grandfather’s final package—a worn leather-bound volume titled The Book of Whispers—came with one instruction: "Burn it. Do not open it." She ignored him. From the moment she flipped it open, everything changed. The pages held death premonitions… in her handwriting. And when her coworker Jenna died exactly as described, Lena's world fractured. The book isn’t dead paper. It’s aware. And it’s chosen her to be its new Keeper. Now pursued by the skeletal figure called the Last Witness, Lena races to uncover the book’s dark lineage—tracing back to a 12th-century monk who sealed away a shadow deity within its pages. Every previous Keeper gave in, bartering lives to delay their own demise. Lena won’t surrender that easily—until the book begins warping the world around her. - People vanish or return... wrong. - Mirrors whisper secrets. - Her name appears in the margins—next to “deceased.” Her sole companion? Mira, an ex-Keeper who’s seen too much and still bears the scars. Together, they run to Romania, back to where it all began. But the more Lena uncovers, the darker the truth becomes: The curse didn’t start with the book. It runs through her veins. And the shadow god? It’s been waiting for her. --- Why This Will Haunt You: - Gothic Overtones: Forgotten monasteries, dripping walls, and a monster that lives in silence and glass. - Mind Games: Memory, identity, and time twist until Lena no longer knows who she is. - Hard Choices: Would you doom a stranger—or yourself—to live another day? - Unpredictable Turns: Just when the rules feel clear, the book turns them inside out. SPELL BOOK

At the heart of a magical academy divided by seasons, the summer campus welcomes new students to their first class, a lesson unlike any other. Professor Fire, a stern and mysterious instructor, hands out glowing golden grimoires to each student. Yet, when the books are opened, they reveal nothing but blank pages. The students are puzzled, but Professor Fire gives them a simple task: take a nap and write down their dreams. Only then will their grimoires awaken and become their own. Among the students is Park Rain, a visually impaired girl who has never dreamed her world has always been blank. When she raises this concern, Professor Fire doesn’t dismiss her, but instead hints at a special kind of dream only she can access. Esso, a spirited and talkative classmate, tries to befriend Rain but unintentionally touches on her vulnerability. To make amends, she suggests they explore the underground campus, where it's always nighttime, perhaps the perfect place to trigger a dream. Joined by the thoughtful Kim Dream, the trio descends into the moonlit underworld of the school. There, they stumble upon an advanced magic class where students are learning to interpret the language of animals. A magical fox alerts the class to the presence of intruders namely, the curious trio. Retreating quietly, the three friends find hammocks hung between ancient trees in the underground forest and prepare to follow their assignment: to dream. As they drift into sleep, Park Rain clutches her blank grimoire, unsure if sleep will bring her anything at all. But as the quiet sets in, a shadowy presence begins to creep toward her dark, formless, and oddly familiar. A story of magical education, identity, and the unseen world within dreams, The Dreambound Campus explores how what makes us different may be the very thing that unlocks the greatest magic of all.
