Some are leaned into, some are mocked, but most make an appearance in some form. Q – Is the MC's prior life relevant? A – Yes! The MC relies heavily on knowledge specific to Earth, and especially his science background. The MC trying to reconcile his scientific understanding from Earth with this newfound variable of magic is a major theme of the story. Q – How is the MC isekai'd? Is he reincarnated? A – In the most tropey way possible, of course. He gets hit by a bus. After dying, he's resurrected in his original body and sent to another world as an adult. Q – Is there slavery in this isekai? A – Yes, and it's not a pretty industry. However, the MC detests the slavery on Azura. The story won't shy away from the effect it has on the lives of those the MC meets. This will not be one of those stories where the MC virtue signals about how bad slavery is, but inexplicably keeps slaves of their own and it's painted as 'good' because the slaves are 'treated well'. Q – Is the MC overpowered? A – Absolutely, but this will vary as the story progresses and the MC's frame of reference and knowledge changes. It's meant as a kind of transient 'incubation' phase for the MC, where we see how having seemingly absolute power affects his personality and decisions. It helps reveal his true, unrestricted self. Q – Is this another self-insert isekai story? A – I certainly think that's true of the MC early on in the series – it takes a while to learn much about his personal life on Earth or personality. We're watching an MC who seems to be a reactionary person on Earth, just going through the motions, necessarily develop more of a sense of self in a world where his actions are more consequential. Q – You tagged this as 'romance'...is there a harem? A – Yup. The MC eventually has two romantic partners, though one is a bit more dominant. So, think more Tsukimichi, less late-game Arifureta.

As the days went by, Alpha Dino, intensified his wickedness and cruelty towards Ember, even to the extent that he tried to slice her belly open with a cutlass. He was only stopped on time by his friend, Alpha Jimmy, who came to discuss a business proposition with him. He sat Alpha Dino down, and tried to educate him about the dangers of what he was doing. Alpha Dino, misunderstood the whole issue, and asked him to leave his house. Since it was the first time that such a thing had happened between them, Alpha Jimmy swore that he would make sure that he saves Ember from the cruel grip of Alpha Dino. While Jimmy was trying to find a way to get Ember out of Alpha Dino's shackles of cruelty, Ember's curiosity led her into finding a huge library in the castle. There was a huge book at the center of the library. The book had ‘Death’ boldly inscripted in the book. Ember went ahead to check the contents of the book. The book contained the names of every single person which Alpha Dino had massacred. She was forced to go through all the names in the book and she came across her parent's names. All she has ever been told as a child was that her parents were killed in a car accident. But seeing their names there was certainly no coincidence. She decided to try and do some research to see if her hypothesis were correct. She asked Jimmy questions about the incident, but he claimed to have no idea. She did everything she could while remaining confined in the castle, but no effort seemed to prove worth it.

She finally slowed down, panting trying to catch air back into her lungs. She collapsed on a nearby bench looking up at the stars, slightly calming down by the sight of them. She closed her eyes enjoying the breeze going over her cooling her down. a Few minutes passed when her stomach churned, she felt uneasy, something was off. She quickly shot up to see a few men approaching her calling out to her. She swiftly got up and paced away from them whlie turning around to check if they were catching up. 'I need to get-' Suddenly she walked into someone, it was a man. She couldn't see much in the dark apart from a hat he was wearing. He was fairly tall and had a slightly intimidating air about him. "Hey lil lady wait up for us!" She heard a voice call out from behind her, she looked up at the stranger in a panicked pleading expression. He then hugged her to his side and whispered "Follow my lead."

In 2035, 10 TOWER appeared in several regions around the world, besides a tower, a strange portal also appeared and from inside the portal came out a monster that killed almost 40% of the earth's population.
