Carnage Island A Rejected Mate Standalone Romance

THE REJECTED LUNA

Battling the pain of loosing ones parents on the same day, was just something else. Since Ember was the oldest of three children with her being the only girl, she had to take up the responsibility of taking care of her siblings. After her parents were laid to rest in the holy forest, her once good uncle that pretended to love them, came back to claim all of her parents properties. As if that wasn't enough, he still went ahead to take them along, and also turn them into his slaves. Immediately Ember turned eighteen years old, it was expected that she would turn into a beautiful white wolf immediately, since she was the only person among her siblings that took after their ancestral trait, which was the white wolf. Unfortunately, she didn't turn as he had expected because she was a late shifter. Without even caring about what her fate would be, he wasted no time in selling her to a local emcee that sold her to Alpha Dino, in return. After Ember was sold in the auction to Alpha Dino, it was then that her actual nightmare began. She was subjected to live in hallucinations and uncertainty. Being overwhelmed by her desire to runaway from the castle in anyway possible, Ember was willing to give anything possible, just to make sure that it works out for her. After she had expressed her feelings to Lady Jade, the matron, she supported her and was also willing to give her all the necessary advice and she also went as far as giving her a map of how the whole castle looked like as that would help facilitate her escape. The whole plans keep moving positively, until one of the maidens who has always wanted the alpha to give her an attention, overheard them, and told the alpha about the whole matter. The alpha being overwhelmed with anger and rage, immediately stabbed his aunt on her right eye. He decided to chop her whole body off, until she finally gave up the ghost. At this point, Ember had given up on herself, as she knew that it would be an impossible journey for her to ever leave that castle, again. At this very moment, she gave up on the chances of her leaving the castle. As the days went by, Alpha Dino, intensified his wickedness and cruelty towards Ember, even to the extent that he tried to slice her belly open with a cutlass. He was only stopped on time by his friend, Alpha Jimmy, who came to discuss a business proposition with him. He sat Alpha Dino down, and tried to educate him about the dangers of what he was doing. Alpha Dino, misunderstood the whole issue, and asked him to leave his house. Since it was the first time that such a thing had happened between them, Alpha Jimmy swore that he would make sure that he saves Ember from the cruel grip of Alpha Dino. While Jimmy was trying to find a way to get Ember out of Alpha Dino's shackles of cruelty, Ember's curiosity led her into finding a huge library in the castle. There was a huge book at the center of the library. The book had ‘Death’ boldly inscripted in the book. Ember went ahead to check the contents of the book. The book contained the names of every single person which Alpha Dino had massacred. She was forced to go through all the names in the book and she came across her parent's names. All she has ever been told as a child was that her parents were killed in a car accident. But seeing their names there was certainly no coincidence. She decided to try and do some research to see if her hypothesis were correct. She asked Jimmy questions about the incident, but he claimed to have no idea. She did everything she could while remaining confined in the castle, but no effort seemed to prove worth it.

A SEOUL MATE- A REINCARNATION ROMANCE (Book 1)

"You’re different, Buchi," William said, his voice soft but resolute, his blue eyes holding a storm of emotions. "You make me want to break every rule I’ve ever known." Buchi froze, his breath hitching. He had fought too hard to stay focused, to prove himself as an African scholarship student in a foreign land. He couldn’t afford distractions, especially not from someone like William—a boy born into privilege, someone who lived in a world so different from his own. "You don’t know anything about me," Buchi replied, his tone guarded, though his heart betrayed him with its rapid beats. "I know enough," William countered, stepping closer. "Enough to know that I don’t want to lose you." In the halls of a prestigious university in the Korea, where cultures clash and expectations are high, Buchi finds himself caught in a whirlwind he never anticipated. Coming from Nigeria, he had one goal: to succeed academically and make his family proud. But life had other plans. Enter William, the enigmatic and seemingly untouchable boy who challenges everything Buchi thought he knew about himself. Their worlds couldn’t be more different—Buchi, the determined outsider with a past rooted in resilience, and William, the aloof heir carrying the weight of societal expectations. As their lives intertwine, misunderstandings and clashes turn into unexpected moments of connection. But nothing comes easy in a world riddled with prejudice, secrets, and unspoken desires. With every step closer, Buchi questions whether he’s risking everything he’s worked for, while William struggles to confront the walls he’s built around his heart. The story unfolds against the backdrop of vibrant campus life, where friendships are tested, enemies are made, and love blooms in the most unlikely places. From stolen glances during heated debates to midnight conversations under the stars, Buchi and William’s journey is one of self-discovery, acceptance, and the courage to defy expectations. But as tensions rise, an antagonist lurks in the shadows, determined to sabotage Buchi’s success and tarnish his growing bond with William. With stakes higher than ever, Buchi must navigate the trials of academia, the complexities of love, and the weight of being true to himself. Will they have the strength to overcome the barriers between them? Or will the world’s judgments tear them apart? "You can’t always play it safe, Buchi," William whispered. "Sometimes, the risk is worth it." A story of resilience, courage, and the kind of love that breaks boundaries. Dive into a tale where two hearts find a way to beat as one, no matter the odds.
