My Wild Beast

Nova scrambled backwards, panting hard, her short locks clinging to her damp forehead as she watched this predator stalk towards her. The vibrant and lively forest hushed, almost holding its breath to watch the scene unfold. Great, she had an audience for what would surely be a gruesome death. Death looked... a little... rugged and in nothing but a loin cloth, defined by slabs of muscle, a trail of hair leading down to such a small piece of cloth to hide a large- A spine-chilling growl snapped her gaze back up to meet his golden-red eyes, fiery, and intense, glaring at Nova as he slammed his hands either side of her head. Pieces of bark crumbled down from the impact. "I told you not to run..." He threatened, his eyes piercing hers, his voice more guttural than she'd heard from any male. His eyes clenched shut as his body trembled. "My instinct is to always stalk, always chase... until I get what I want.." Their faces were inches apart. She could feel his hot breath fanning her face. The forest was humid and hot, and his body was so close to hers that it was almost unbearable. The gruff voice, those words and the intensity of those eyes that reminded her of sunsets caused goosebumps to flourish across her arms. "What do you want?" Nova swallowed, not recognising her voice. She was so out of her depth. His chest rumbled, and more bark crumbled down from behind her head. "You..." Her breath hitched. "To. Do. As. You're. Told." - Paradise was what Nova Winslow was promised when her boyfriend whisked her away to Isla De Tayun, the perfect getaway for their busy lives. It was untouched, pristine, a hidden gem. But it had remained that way for a reason. The island doesn’t want visitors. And neither do the natives. What should have been a romantic retreat, drinking from coconuts and lounging on white-sandy beaches together, turns into a holiday from hell. Mid-argument with her soon-to-be ex, Nova stumbles into a lake. When she resurfaces, her boyfriend, the path she came from, and the resort have vanished. Alone, stranded, and with little survival skills, Nova has only a wet phone with no signal, a pair of heels, and an irrational fear of bats—which are everywhere. She is out of her depth when she falls into a mystical world of beasts. Hunted by tribesmen, stalked by beasts that shouldn't exist, and hearing animals speak, she has no choice but to trust the wild beast the forest itself fears—Yoa, a wanted man. Together, they flee the tribes pursuing them all while battling her growing attraction to Yoa. Can she survive the wild and make it back to her civilised life? Or will she lose herself to the untamed world—and to the man who belongs to it? #Beast #Ssssteamy #Adventure #Mythical #R18 -- THERE WILL BE MATURE CONTENT!! -- If you are enjoying the story, please vote with a power stone, leave comments and review! -- Cover Image: In the middle of getting one commissioned. Five world

"Speak, where did you learn this skill from." Mira got down straight to business, A'ting was lying there unable to move even a muscle. A'lo quickly destroyed a summoning bead and headed to help A'ting. Despite knowing, she was an opponent they won't be able to defeat. They wouldn't give up nor accept any humiliation inflicted upon them or that'll reflect too poorly to their master was their mindset. Kryll sensing that his disciples were in trouble he quickly rushed out of the inn. When he reached, the two of them were laid there beneath the foot of Mira. All the things he had once thought back in the inn felt like a lie. He was consumed by anger, his two disciples had been beaten to the point of being crippled. A'lo's foundation was destroyed while A'ting was still struggling to breathe. Without uttering a single sentence, Kryll went and attacked Mira unleashing his blade. Mira had already sensed the killing aura and when Kryll had attacked she quickly countered it. But the impact send her flying a few feet away. She was surprised someone younger than her had managed to push her back. While she was in thought, Kryll quickly stuffed in a pill in each of the two and started healing them. "You think I'll watch you heal members of the demon? Not a chance!" Mira snapped and slashed forward. Kryll expecting all of it took hold of the two and teleport away. No matter how angry he was, he won't risk the life of the two as long as they had hopes of surviving. A'ting recovered enough energy to sit up but A'lo had completely been crippled. At this moment, the stage was currently in shambles while soldiers crowded the area. "Search for the three! Kill those who shelter them!" Mira gave out her orders firmly to the surrounding guards which quickly dispersed. "A'ting, take care of your brother and don't worry, I've placed a formation here, so you won't be harmed as long as you're in this house." "Master, disciple will heed your words!" A'ting quickly knelt and watched his master leave the house. Kryll was determined this time, he would definitely teach that girl Mira to know how to appreciate life. He was afraid she might stoop down so low she would fall. He didn't understand why he was concerned for her. Furthermore, he was angered, yes, but he still can't bring himself to even think of killing her which disturbed him deeply. He approached Mira who was still inspecting the stage, she had no clue how he disappeared every time but she knew she had to get to the bottom of it, or she'll never be able to kill the demon. "Are you sure you want to expose your back to an enemy?" Kryll said still a trace of anger in the words he was emitting. Like he said, if he had just attacked as soon as he arrived. He had a high chance of inflicting fatal damage to her. Mira was surprised, she hadn't been paying attention and she also knew she had a chance of dying if he had attacked which made her more vigilant. "Speak, where did you learn this skill from." His Favorite Poison: till death make us worse

Title: His Favorite Poison: Until Death Makes Us Worse Genre: Dark Romance | Psychological Thriller | Possessive Male Lead | Tragedy | Obsession --- Synopsis: It started with a scream. Mira Thorne kicked the back of the driver’s seat, rage and fear blending in her bloodshot eyes. “Stop the car!” she shouted, her voice cracking. But the men in front only glanced at her through the rearview mirror—smirking, silent, and cruel. She kicked again. Harder. The car swerved. CRASH! Glass shattered. Tires screamed. The car flipped, spun, then hit a ditch with a thud. Mira’s body slammed into the door. Pain tore through her, but she didn’t wait. She crawled out. Ran. A flash of headlights nearly blinded her—another car almost crushed her bones, but she dove aside at the last second. Blood in her mouth. Her limbs shaking. Then she saw the forest. Thick. Dark. Unforgiving. She ran straight down the hill—stumbled—rolled—tumbled into the trees. The air tore her lungs, but she didn’t stop. Behind her, car doors slammed. Footsteps followed. “Stop running, Mira!” She didn’t. Gunshots rang out. Bang! A searing pain exploded in her arm. She screamed, fell again, rolled over dry leaves and stone. Still, she rose. And then… She saw it. A mansion. Dark stone. Down the hill. Looming like a sleeping beast. She ran. Her legs barely holding. Her blood soaking her sleeve. And just as she stumbled past a cluster of trees—she saw him. Standing at the edge of the mansion’s balcony. A glass of wine in hand. Eyes sharp and expression unreadable. Damien Voss. She screamed, desperate, broken. “Help me!” He only raised an eyebrow. And behind him—two tigers stepped into view, their fur glinting in the moonlight. Mira froze. The men still chased her. Gunshots behind. Her vision swam. Her legs gave out. But she stood. She ran toward the tigers. They lunged. She dodged—barely. Her mind screamed to survive. Her body obeyed. She reached the edge. Damien tilted his head. She collapsed in front of him, kneeling, gasping, kowtowing at his feet. > “Please… save me.” He crouched down, cold eyes meeting hers. His fingers curled under her chin. > “If I save you… what do I gain?” Behind them, one of the pursuers screamed— A tiger ripped into him. The others tried to escape. Too late. Damien raised his hand. The tigers stopped. Silent. Obedient. One man’s body was already torn open on the grass. Mira trembled. > “I’ll give you anything,” she whispered. “Money?” “Everything. My soul. My life. Just let me live.” Damien’s lips curved. He chuckled. Low. Dark. He waved his hand. Bullets rained. His guards appeared from the shadows and opened fire—merciless and precise. Mira flinched as blood splattered beside her. She didn’t dare move. --- If I can’t be happy, nobody can,” Mira says. “If I want you to be happy, you will be,” Damien replies. “I’ll kill anyone who stands in my way—including you.” “Then I’ll buy coffins for both of us—or we can share one.” “I’ll be your poison.” “Then I’ll take it.” “I will never be with you.” “Then you’ll be the reason the world ends.” “I don’t care if the world drowns in blood.” “Then I’ll make it happen—and you’ll be the star of the show, my little pet.” ____ She called herself a thorn. A curse. A walking poison. He called her entertainment, obsession—his favorite game. Even when he vomited blood, he reached for her. I told you I will be your death she said > “I’m attracted to poisonous flowers,” he replied “Till death tears us apart,” she whispered as she watch him frown in pain from the poison. “Till death tears us never,” he swore, pressing his lips to hers. warning warning the FL and the ml are red flags

A Fantasy's Alternative

Lynn finds himself relentlessly opposed by a group of chosen ones—heroes of destiny tasked with saving the world. Despite his many efforts to avoid them, fate keeps pushing him into conflict with these seemingly invincible figures. Desperate to find a way out, Lynn partners with a mysterious individual who gifts him a powerful system, one that offers unimaginable strength and potential. But even with these newfound abilities, Lynn repeatedly faces defeat at the hands of the chosen ones. No matter how many times he tries, the cycle continues, and Lynn begins to question if his fate is truly his own, or if he's simply a pawn in a game beyond his control. As the battles grow more intense and the stakes higher, Lynn must confront a harsh truth: some battles are never meant to be won. Lynn is ultimately defeated in his first confrontation, losing his life in the process. Refusing to accept defeat, Lynn reincarnates, determined to change the outcome. This time, armed with his knowledge and the system, he plans to outwit the chosen ones and alter the course of his fate. However, his actions, though calculated, lead him down an unforeseen path, and his manipulation of events ultimately backfires. In a tragic twist, Lynn is betrayed by his own decisions, leading to an unfair and untimely death at the hands of those he once sought to protect. After dying for the second time, Lynn is overwhelmed with doubt. His system, his strategies, and even his past lives have proven insufficient against the chosen ones—heroes of prophecy that seem invincible. As his world crumbles around him, Lynn is forced to confront a harsh truth: his strength, no matter how much it grows, will never be enough to defeat them. In the final moments as everything fades to black, in a desperate flash of clarity, a daring thought crosses his mind: If I can't defeat them... I will bring someone who can. —If this world is so determined to control my fate, then I’ll bring someone who is beyond its reach. Someone who cannot be dictated by its rules. Someone even the Book of Fate cannot anticipate. Someone who could correct his mistakes, fix what had gone wrong in his life, and perhaps even achieve the unthinkable—things that Lynn himself had always dreamed of but never dared attempt. .... i am writing this novel for fun , nothing else. just my personal wish to create something different from typical cliche standards. it may end up becoming good or bad.
