I mean, she had godlike power, she secured her family trillions in funding, yes, TRILLIONS, and yet. she was still nothing more than an outcast, a black sheep, all because her family pioneered holy superpowers, and all of them had golden hair and blue eyes. and she didn't. she had pitch-black hair and crimson eyes. to them, she was nothing more than a demon who'd infiltrated their ranks and stolen the spot of their real daughter, her younger sister who failed to be born with ANY powers whatsoever. which, was a much bigger deal than anyone let on, because in families like this, everyone was born with powers, everyone. and yet here she was, "broken", *cough* (normal)*cough*, a crime, a taboo for this family. but not even that stopped her family from treating her like one of their own. like family. like the ONE thing Rayna had wanted from the moment she was born in her first life as Ryan, a powerless nobody abandoned on the streets, a hopeless soul who'd dared to wish for love, a broken being who sought family, even if it meant he'd give up his very body in exchange for another, for one suited for family, one that was attractive, and strong. he was a fool, and he died as one, but Rayna, refused to live as one. and if needed, she'd sleep with, claw, murder, manipulate, or straight up annihilate anyone or anything in her way on her conquest for family, even if it meant she'd have to make one herself. she didn't care. she died for this, it was happening whether the world wanted it to or not. even if it meant she had to become the one thing her mother often called her. the one thing that still managed to pierce her very cold, hardened, isolated heart. The war was brutal and it took place on the earth, after Lucifer had taken over the church and placed demons as his priest, nuns bishops, etc. The war was won by angels, off course good always prevails, but the only way they could win was by and explosion of heavenly powers, which means that angels gave of their powers by exploding into the air, which caused their powers to transmit to different locations. Humans found this powers, possessed them and since then, it has been transferred from generations to generations.

Dibalik kebahagiaan mereka ada Vero, sahabat Sabda yang diam – diam juga menyukai Rayna. Dia sudah menyukai Rayna dari SMA.  Kesalahannya adalah dia tidak langsung menyatakan cinta nya pada Rayna ketika itu. Ketika dia tahu kalau Sabda memiliki perasaan untuk Rayna dia hanya bisa memendam perasaannya sendiri. Hingga seiring berjalannya waktu Rayna dan Sabda memutuskan untuk bertunangan. Vero yang tidak sanggup melihatnya pun pergi ke luar kota sementara waktu. Sabda merasakan perubahan pada sahabatnya ketika dia telah bertunangan dengan Rayna. Hingga takdir akhirnya memisahkan Sabda dan Rayna membuat Vero dengan ragu mendekati Rayna. Dia sadar Rayna sangat mencintai Sabda.
