However, the king of crime would soon retire and leave his grand gang of criminals to his son, Lazlo Bastian and his second in Command, Sorin Bryndis. Years later the two formed the UK federation, a safe haven for criminals. They were only able to do so by taking countless lives, including the family of one of the dear protagonists of this story, Zayan Rhory, successor of the Rhory group, and they're youngest leader they've ever had. Having lost his family to the two men, he is led to what is thought of by the government and its people, Villainy. Lazlo paints Zayan as the greatest and most wanted Villain, in turn he also puts Sorin in charge of "taking care of him" as a "Hero." Thinking Sorin is trying to get in his way, he forms various plans to get rid if him and defeat him in every little fight they have, until they eventually take each other out.
