Hi guys! Im new to writing a novel. So if you found anything that is wrong with what i wrote you can tell, ill try to fix it if i can. --------------------------------- Long, long ago...before anything besides inert matter existed in this universe, all manner of insignificant things came into and out of being. We call that thing "life.” And with life came into being one of life's progenitors, a creature of great length and mass, That it is difficult to see where it begins, and where it ends. The creature with its insect-like form, with a segmented, continuous body, lacking visible eyes or mouth, and seemingly having a mass of feelers on its head, aptly titled "The source of all living matter" Slept for thousands of years after its birth. Thousands of years later, the creature woke up from its slumber to find the emptiness of space. Seeing the emptiness the creature felt lonely and set off to find something like it, something that is alive. With its mission of creating life the creature came into the realization that it cannot coexist with its creations so it had the idea of creating something close to its composition made from its own body giving birth to a being of pure energy. With a child like voice the orb of energy asked the creature infront of it innocently "Who ate you?"
