The Pup Star
“Maybe you should terminate the pregnancy,” her mother suggested. “You were raped, you didn’t ask for this. Surely the Moon Goddess would understand.
Della’s gut twisted at her mother’s words, and her hands instinctively went to her belly, a fierce protectiveness running through her veins like fire. “No. I will do no such thing. This is my pup, and regardless of how he came to be, he is innocent.”
“Della, this could ruin our family. Your brother, he is going to be Alpha, his ceremony is in two weeks. Your scent is already changing. Soon, everyone in the pack will know.” Her mother pleaded, then took a step back as her daughter’s eyes pierced through her, cutting like a knife through the bond they shared.
“I will leave Snow Moon. Tell them I have gone away to study. Tell them I was killed by rogues. Tell them what you want. I will leave, and raise my pup among humans.”
Della Draven’s heart shattered as she realized she had no one, that her poor pup was seen as a thing to be ashamed of. Little did she know, the worst was yet to come. Her heart would be broken again, in the worst possible way, before the day was over.
Della, the Alpha’s daughter and twin sister of Snow Moon’s Alpha-son, leaves behind the only life she has ever known for an uncertain future living among humans.
Will her resilient nature and fierce warrior’s heart be enough to survive outside the pack?
When her pup becomes a rising star in the music world, will his identity remain a secret? As his star rises, she meets a werewolf who has both the ability to heal her broken soul, and expose the ugly truth of her pup’s heritage.
