I Am The Only Witch Hunter

Story rotates around killing witches, training and gaining power, grafting mutation (Owl's Night Vision, Bat's Echolocation, Gecko's Wall Climb, etc.), gathering herbs and creating concoctions, socialising (unfortunately) to buy needed materials for base-buiding. Hunt. Graft. Evolve. That was the core idea of a witch hunter. By grafting mutations from animals and supernatural beasts, the witch hunter ascended his own body, adding more and more power to his flesh. Sir Siderius Satterblade, a Master Witch Hunter in old age, used a Forbidden Alchemical Seal to transfer his soul to another man in another world. Blossom Glades, a society ruled by witches and benefitted only to witches. Men and non-magic women were nothing more than slaves. They called them Ashens, bastards that were nothing more than ants. Sir Siderius Satterblade became a male Ashen, the lowest of the low. But he would change this body into a proper killing machine that spread nightmare to the depraved witches. The MC will NOT become monstrous. The MC stays relatively human with unique appearance traits (black irises, pointy ears, white hair,...) Witches in this novel are irredeemable. Not sexy witches but disgusting and evil witches. (Well maybe a little bit hot because of their magic) MC will not accept nor 'conquer' any witches. Just straight killing. NO ROMANCE. NO HAREM. This man is nothing but a pure killing machine and survivalist. MC is ruthless but not heartless, still save people he deemed useful. NO FACE-SLAPPING NOR SHOWING OFF. MC only cares about power and survival. NO HIDING AS THE WEAK. MC kills the witch that tried to kill him, then escapes to the woods and lives there. He survives perfectly on his own. NO ATTACHMENTS. NO WORKING TOGETHER. MINIMUM SOCIALISING. He's a lone witch hunter.

Stellar Fragments

Stellar Fragments: When Steam Meets the Void, Who Will Light the Last Star? The morning mist over Port Belen reeks of rust. Zhou Mingrui never expected a crumpled oilcloth bundle, scavenged from a dockside jump, to tear open a rift to the Astral Plane. But when he unwraps it—a leather-bound book with a seven-pointed star embossed on its cover, its pages swirling with constellations—he feels a primal pull, like the stars themselves are whispering his name. This is 1873, and Port Belen is a city teetering between progress and chaos. Steam engines roar, but the clocks tick backward. Corpses in morgues scribble "Eclipse Prayers." Dockworkers go mad, screaming of a "whale with a thousand eyes." All roads lead to Stellar Fragments, a forbidden text rumored to hold the key to stopping the Astral Leviathan—a colossal entity slumbering in the void, its awakening marked by the "Void Solstice": when seven stars align over Port Belen, and reality itself begins to unravel. "You have the Starwatcher’s mark," says Claire, the scarred astrologer of the Night Owl Society, sliding the book across a creaky oak table. Her brass bracelets clink with constellations. "The last Starwatcher vanished a decade ago, leaving only this warning: When the seven stars kiss the Void, the Leviathan wakes. Only the Starwatcher can anchor reality—by becoming part of the stars themselves." But Zhou is no hero. Just a grad student of 19th-century occultism, now trapped in a game of cosmic stakes: A steam-powered astrolabe explodes in his hands, its needle pointing to "Void." A noble heiress’s "spirit pigeons" grow feverish, pecking at the sky where the Leviathan’s "void eyes" glow. The city’s Eclipse Value—measuring the breach between worlds—creeps up: 0.01%, 0.03%, 0.05%... In the flickering light of an old church basement, the Night Owl Society gathers. Seven "Astral Artifacts" lie scattered: a moonstone gear humming with pale light, a cracked whistle that silences mad machinery, a pocket watch frozen mid-tick… Five more remain. Without them, the Leviathan’s shadow will consume Port Belen. But Stellar Fragments holds a final, blood-chilling clue: "To bind the stars, the Starwatcher must bleed." That night, the Leviathan rises. Its gargantuan form breaches the mist, scales glinting with countless eyes, each one staring at Zhou Mingrui—and the book clutched in his hands. He grips Stellar Fragments, recalling his professor’s words: "Occultism isn’t about controlling the cosmos. It’s about finding light in the dark." Now, with nothing but flesh and starlight as his weapons, Zhou must decide: Will he become a star to stop the void… or be swallowed by it?

The Divine Owl

In the beginning, when the world was still young and the skies were untamed, there existed a legend known to only a few. It was the tale of the 5 Birds, celestial beings created to safeguard the realms and maintain the balance of nature. These five majestic creatures were revered and feared, their power unmatched and their wisdom boundless. • Divine Owl Sagea, soared above the highest peaks, her golden wings casting a protective shadow over the lands below. She embodied courage and strength, always the first to confront any threat to their world. She was the leader of the 5 celestial birds. • Nocturne, the Raven of Secrets, dwelled in the shadows, his black feathers blending with the night. Keeper of ancient knowledge and hidden truths, he was a master of dark magic, using his powers to protect the innocent and punish the wicked. • Zephyra, the Falcon of Speed, raced with the wind, her silver feathers shimmering in the sunlight. She was swift and agile, a messenger of the gods and a symbol of freedom, her presence a harbinger of hope. • Seraphina, the Swan of Serenity, glided gracefully over tranquil waters, her pure white feathers reflecting her inner peace. She brought harmony and healing, soothing the hearts of those in turmoil and restoring balance to the land. • Pyra, the Phoenix of Rebirth, burned with an eternal flame, his fiery plumage a beacon of renewal and transformation. From the ashes of destruction, he rose again and again, a testament to the power of resilience and the promise of a new beginning. These five were the Pentad of Protectors, united by their mission to defend the world from the forces of darkness. Their greatest challenge came in the form of the Shadow Flock, a sinister group intent on plunging the realms into chaos and despair. The Celestial Birds fought valiantly, but the battle was fierce and unforgiving. One by one, they fell, their spirits lingering in the hopes that one day, successors would rise to continue their legacy. The world was left vulnerable, waiting for the day when the Celestial Birds would return to restore peace and order.

The cut was deep. It ran from the sole of her feet to her ankle. Fresh blood trikled down from her foot. How long was it until she reached another village. Save for the hoooting of an owl and a wild cat that had meowed some minutes ago, she was practically alone. But the wind brought a faint sound to her ear... footsteps. They were faint but she could hear it and now she knew she had company. And she was sure it was not good company. She was at a disadvantage because her foot was injured. The only thing that her subconscious told her was one word. 'run' But her strength was failing her. She prayed enearstly for som sort of escape. What if it was a vampire! Or worst a black witch.!!!! She tried to steady her breath while hiding behind one of the trees. It had large branches which was enough to cover her. She bent over and sat on the forest floors while steadying herself on her good foot. She left the other foot to rest straight while stretching it to avoid the injured side. ***** Dante walked through the forest while watching out for signs of black witches. No normal man would walk into this part of the forest. It was called the heart of the forest for a reason. Even though it was quiet. The eery silence and the fog that rose to the length of his knees and circled the entire forest. It was said to start at the stroke of midnight, some said the were spirits of the deceased the were wandering about since they refused to pass through the gates of eternal rest. Hell or heaven? Who cared anyways. He was there because of the council man who said he had heard of the black witch who had been creating a potion turn humans into a docile state and she had planned an attack on an entire human village but he was sure the attack had already taken place because , it was meant to take place that night. He wasn't a saint to come here to save the city... Of course not . There were people in the department and they were too lazy to do their jobs. Just when he was about to kick the wooden door he found deep in the heart of the forest that looked like a small old box house. It was so small that he doubted if it was up to quarter the size of his room. Suddenly he smelt something in the air, it it was very potent. It was blood. His fangs grew and began to crave blood. He struggled to control his thirst and it seemed really bad at the moment. It enveloped his senses which made him momentarily forget his mission to trace the source of the blood. This wasn't human blood but then what race was this? He began walking until he got to a thicket of trees where so many trees clustered together there by forming an umbrella. He held up his short revolver gun and held it up with both hands while using his ears as extra set of equipment used to pick up any odd sounds. Just as he was about to take a step forward he a spike in a heart beat but it was beating at a slow beat which was odd. He used his nostrils to concentrate but the sound and the smell where coming from the same place. Then he sighted a dress and soon he could make out a silhouette of a woman in a seated position. but what was a human female doing in this part of the forest. But she didn't look like a witch. While still in thought he heard the woman scream so loudly, letting out a shrill cry. That was when he noticed the presence of a vampire with but it was a low level vampire with bright red eyes but his fangs were longer than normal. A deranged vampire. His nails grew out long and harshly grabbed the woman while piercing his nails into her skin causing blood to ooze out of the injured hands. Dante seeing this quickly aimed for the head of the corrupted vampire making the later fall limb on the ground after releasing the woman. But instead of one rather two bodies fell to the ground, one following the other.

Rise Of The Demon Alpha

The forest was quiet, and everything was still. The gentle northern wind sweeping through the trees and dried leaves brought nothing but a sense of foreboding and despair as Raphael crawled into his cave and huddled against the dirt stained walls. Stifling the moan of anguish that escaped his mouth, he pressed hard on the cut below his ribs. The blood stopped flowing briefly, as he dug some sticky clay from underneath the roots of the oak tree and applied it to his injury. It stopped the blood flow instantly. He was aware of the giant slash across his back, but he was too exhausted to attend to it. 'Later' he thought to himself, leaning back as he shut his eyes. He was lucky to have escaped with his life. "They will pay for this. I will get my revenge soon enough," he muttered to himself as the owl perched on the branch of the oak tree above hooted ominously. He had become his neighbour for the past few weeks, his hooting always reminding him that he may not be the only living thing in the forest. Other days, the silence was impregnable, the eerie quiet sending chills down his spine. As he slowly started to slip into unconsciousness, he heard a dull thud on the dirt outside the cave, too faint for a normal person to hear. But Raphael was no ordinary person. Crouching behind the roots of the tree, he waited patiently as the sniffing began. He made a silent prayer, to no one in particular as he saw the red eyes right outside his cave. They locked eyes with each other, and the enormous wolf bared his canines at him, before howling into the night. All around the forest, several other howls answered, as the earth began to tremble under the numerous paws thundering above it. 'Here we go again,' he thought to himself.

Diabolical Quest

A transmigrated MC from the modern world? Check! A cursed duke in hiding? Check! One soul binding contract to tie them down? Double Check! After a resentful public trial, Kathrine's subconscious is transported, and she wakes up to realize three things. The first, she seems to have transmigrated into a newly launched RPG game, Diabolical Quest. The second, the life expectancy of a low ranked player such as herself was one week! And third, she had unintentionally signed a contract with a telepathic one winged black Owl-Cat thingy that sucked her mana dry. And what's with the ridiculous terms in his contract??? -You must never disclose my existence to anyone else. -You must consult me first before taking a client's job. -You must place my life before yours and protect me in battle. -You must groom me at least twice a day... Kathrine, now Mira, nearly kicked the little guy off the curb, when she heard the last ridiculous rule. -You must sleep next to me every night so I can replenish my mana!!! Just who did this creature think it was? And what's this? Mira has been granted the special ability type; Beast Wielder. The ability to turn any mystical beast into a weapon to use in battle. This ability not limited to taming A proud Alpha Werewolf, His Sly Vampire Counterpart, the Brooding and lonesome Griffin, a level headed beautiful Sea Serpent, a Fearsome Hellhound, an insecure Cat-Elfkin slave and a goal driven Centaur. All of the male species! And not to mention her mysterious One winged companion, who Mira can't seem to trust completely, but along the line she can't seem to live without. Who exactly is he? Why does he absorb other's Mana? And when will he finally reveal his human form??? Read through Mira's new life on her quest of adventure and romance to (probably) become the Grand Master and slay the dark warlock. Note: The story has one main love interest but the rest serve as competing ML's who M.C will pick up as the story progresses. The setting is in a video game, but all charcaters are real and will die just like normal humans. MC is a human with no mystical gene in her, so don't expect her to be very strong right off the bat.
