While he has convinced the aliens that he is King of Earth, convincing the people and nations of Earth that he is the rightful king and should be in charge of negotiating with extraterrestrials is an entirely different problem. When other evil extraterrestrial powers threaten the Earth, Tim has to find a way to save the planet. If he can.
