Mikael The Last Hug
Mikael, the firstborn son, is forced to grow up fast and becomes the family’s breadwinner upon his father’s death in an accident. At his tender age, he is already providing his family with an income by taking care of tens of chickens for their eggs and a few cows for their milk. Then tragedy struck. Mikael’s life was cut short—a hit-and-run victim. That drives Magda, his mother, still mourning for the loss of her husband, and now for her firstborn, into even greater despair. However, his death does not sever the love and obligation Mikael has for his family—his mama and his younger sibling, Lulu. To meet his destiny and in his efforts to save the lives of his mama, Lulu and Happy, his faithful dog, his spirit sets him on a journey filled with adventures that are tense, weird, and magical yet amazing. During his journeys and often with Lulu and Happy, they encounter various strange creatures: butterflies, chicks, rabbits and birds of gigantic size. As he wanders in and out of caves, and between valleys and waterfalls, he also meets tiny creatures and dwarves. And of course, kind-hearted fairies and butterflies.
