Why Is Kaido So Strong

I Just Wanted To Nap : So Why Am I Guild Master?!

WSA 2025 PARTICIPATION... > "They say he defeated an ancient dragon by yawning. Literally. Just stretched out his hand, and poof, no more dragon." — Young apprentice warden. > "I’m pretty sure he sleeps through our strategy meetings… but somehow, things go better when he doesn’t chime in." — Tutor. > "He refused to fight me, saying, ‘I’m too lazy to beat you today.’ I don’t know what’s more humiliating: his refusal, or the fact that he was probably right." — Rival guild leader. > "I saw him fall asleep in the middle of a war. He woke up two hours later, raised a hand, and the entire battlefield froze. Literally. We had to drag him to his tent so he could finish his nap." — Right-hand man. > "Want to know how to become an S-rank mage at seventeen without getting off your couch? Ask him. And pray he bothers to answer." — Guild instructor. > "He’s never submitted a report. He didn’t even show up to the Association’s summons. He drives me up the wall. And yet… we can’t punish him. We don’t dare." — Guild inspector. > "A leader? Him? He spends his days sleeping in his greenhouse. But when we need him… it’s like the world stops to listen." — Guild member. > "He talked to a thousand-year-old spirit like it was an old buddy he ran into at the market. And he got his way. I still don’t get how." — Former raider, officially retired since that incident. > Note found scrawled on a corner of a wall in a magical greenhouse: "If no one’s looking for me, I’m sleeping. If it’s urgent… wait until tomorrow. Thanks." — ...

What's happening? Why is it happening? How is it happening?

It's a draft of my web novel. I'm afraid I'll become inconsistent if I saved only on my pc. So, I'm uploading it here for accountability. So, Bear with the rough format for the next 100 chapters. I'll refine it after reaching 100 chapters while uploading it once a week. The goals are:- • Maintaining Consistency Over Perfectionism. • Learning about this field (as it's my first time writing my own web novel.) • Enjoying the thrill of creating a draft without worrying about any sort of refinement. Cautions:- • It can be overwhelming with the fast pacing. • It's supposed to be a chaos - comedy - meta - realistic type of genre. (It's one of its kind, I know. That's the goal.) • Typos. I'll do my bare minimum to correct typos. But, I don't think I'll be focusing that much of editing right now... • A future where I may just stop without any warning (I'd hate to add this one, but who knows if I'd still be alive the next day...) Theme:- It's supposed to be a writer becoming too self aware that his characters are out of his control, from the start. The story is supposed to unfold right before the eyes as now the writer do not have any way of knowing what's happening and why and how it's happening? Warnings (again):- • I'd hate to say it again, but the pacing is fast at start... I'll try to control it as I learn how to... • The typos are too obvious. I'll refine it as much as I can, but I feel like I'm losing my voice and personality in the words, if I correct it too much... Request:- Kindly Review and Comment. I might require your genuine feedback. ---- That's all. Enjoy The Ride!

Bloodbound: Kaido's Awakening

The world was ordinary... until the Gates appeared. They weren’t earthquakes or meteors—no, they were cracks in reality itself. Glowing circles of energy, opening in city skies, deep forests, and beneath the oceans... and from them came the monsters. At first, the armies fell. Then, the nations. Humanity stood powerless. But then—almost as if some unknown force sought to restore balance—certain people began to change. They woke up with strange abilities. Powers no science could explain. The world called them: > “Hunters.” Men and women who braved the Gates, fought monsters, and returned—if they were lucky. But not all Hunters were equal. Their ranks varied wildly—from the feeble Rank E... to Rank S, capable of leveling mountains with a single strike. In this chaos, Guilds emerged. Powerful alliances of Hunters that rivaled governments, controlling entire cities, competing for the treasures hidden deep within the Gates. But that wasn't the end of it. Over the years, rare cases began to surface—Hunters who touched something older than the Gates. Deeper than power. Something unseen... a Pact. And soon, whispers spread among the strongest: > Those who form a “Pact”... are no longer mere Hunters. Very few know what it takes. Fewer still understand the cost. And here... is where our story begins. The story of Kaido Shin, an E-rank Hunter. A boy with nothing—except love for his sister and a heart that refuses to break. One day, he stepped into a Gate... and came out someone else. Someone bound by blood.
