Named after the brilliant mind who single handedly turned the war around. The world was still on edge, since they never knew when the Kabu could return with greater advancements of their own. Because of this, the serum went public and it was discovered that once a person takes the serum it's inheritable, meaning, once every human had been injected, each person born from that point onward had the serum attached to their genome from birth. However, things quickly turned chaotic. Having little children turning into beasts and wreaking havoc was not preferable. Therefore, scientists developed a genome blockage device. This device was meant to block the titan genome from manifesting temporarily.
