Heaven Defying Treasure

In a world of cultivation, where a single palm strike could topple mountains and a sword’s slash could cleave the seas, strength dictated everything. The heavens favored the mighty, while the weak were trampled beneath their feet. Ye Xian awakened to a new life, his soul inexplicably fused with the memories of a man who had perished a thousand years ago—Adler, a warrior who had endured unfathomable betrayal, agony, and loss. Visions of a cruel past flooded his mind: comrades turning against him, the brutal murder of a beloved woman, and the despair of being left for dead. Though the memories were not his own, the pain felt real. The rage, the sorrow, the thirst for vengeance—they burned within him, threatening to consume his very being. Yet within his grasp, he held a heaven-defying treasure—a relic of unfathomable power, capable of overturning fate itself. It pulsed with ancient energy, whispering secrets of untold strength. This was no mere inheritance; it was the key to rewriting destiny. Ye Xian clenched his fists, his breath trembling. He would not be another name lost to time. Yea, he would rise. Armed with his newfound power, he would ascend above all, surpassing geniuses and shattering the very limits of the world. Wisdom, power, sheer determination—he would seize whatever he desired. As he walked the treacherous road of cultivation, he would grow stronger, unravel the mysteries of his past, and confront the enemies lurking in both memory and reality. In this brutal world, where power dictated destiny, one question remained: Would he ascend as a sovereign, carving his name into history with the corpses of his enemies? Or would he fade into oblivion, forgotten and powerless? ______________________________ The image does not belong to me; I simply found it on an online platform.

Forest Cultivator

In a world where power ruled and trust was a blade waiting to strike, Lu Yan walked alone. Not out of fear, not out of weakness, but because solitude had always been his greatest strength. As a plant summoner, the earth itself bowed to him. Forests obeyed his whispers, roots coiled at his command, and even the wildest of flora bent to his will. There was no need for allies—until he met them. Fan Zhi. Lila. Jian Mo. The strongest of the strong. A warrior whose blade could cleave mountains, a magician who wove destruction with a flick of her fingers, and his most trusted—his shadow—Jian Mo. Not a friend, not family, but the one person Lu Yan had allowed closest. Their strength was undeniable. Their presence, unavoidable. And so, for the first time, Lu Yan walked beside others. Together, they ventured into the final dungeon, an ancient ruin pulsing with power long lost to time. Every step deeper tested their skill, their will, their loyalty. They bled together, fought together, survived together. Or so he thought. The betrayal wasn’t reckless. It wasn’t obvious. It was precise, patient—rooted in greed, waiting for the perfect moment to surface. Every look, every word, every shared battle had been a thread in their web. They had studied him, learned the way he thought, anticipated his every move. They knew his strengths, but more importantly, they knew the weaknesses even he had overlooked. So when the final trial came, when the dungeon itself trembled with the weight of the power they had sought, the trap was already set. The air was thick with heat, the walls licked with molten fury, the ground unstable beneath their feet. And then, Jian Mo struck first. A blade—not of steel, but of something darker, something ancient—sank into Lu Yan’s back. A paralyzing force surged through him, seizing control of his body, locking his power away in an instant. The one person he had trusted most had known exactly how to sever him from his strength. Fan Zhi’s sword followed, slicing deep. Lila’s magic wrapped around him like a serpent, binding him in chains of searing energy. They had calculated every detail. No dramatic speeches, no arrogance—just cold, efficient betrayal. And then, without hesitation, they cast him into the abyss. The last thing he thought about was Jian Mo’s face, expression unreadable as the molten depths swallowed him whole. Pain. Fire that melted flesh, burned bone, and tore through his very essence. For the first time, Lu Yan truly knew what it meant to die. But fate was not done with him. In the heart of the inferno, something stirred. A force beyond comprehension. A power that did not belong to this world. The fire did not destroy him—it remade him. The pain became something else. Something worse. Something greater. Then, darkness. When Lu Yan awoke, it was not to fire, nor stone, nor the ruins of the dungeon. It was to a world reborn. The sky above him was a fractured canvas of impossible colors, shifting and writhing like a living thing. The air was thick, charged with an energy that thrummed beneath his skin. And all around him, the earth pulsed—not as he had once commanded it, but as something wild, untamed, ancient beyond reason. The plants here were not mere tools of a summoner’s will. They were alive in ways he had never imagined. And they watched him. He was no longer the betrayed summoner. He was something else. Something far greater. As he stood amidst the endless forest, his body still echoing with the power that had saved him, one thought burned brighter than all the rest: if fate brought me here I would master it all. The winds whispered his name. The trees bent, waiting. The Life begins with a seed --- .... (Hello Author here, I'm open for any suggestions)

Two battles between progenitors almost destroyed the universe. Both energies was formed from converging power that was capable of splitting the heavens.  Progenitor of bloodlines was the one at the loosing end, while progenitor of darkness seems to be gaining the upper hand. Bonds of the Wild

23-year old Meridian turns her life upside down in a series of impulsive choices and daring adventures. After an earth-shattering New Year’s Eve spent with a mysterious figure at a pub, she starts to see people with sharp teeth, folk that look more beast than human, and witnesses the connection between life and the elements that goes far past her previous understanding. Who knew a random hook up could change everything? ---- Preview ---- “Look -” I start, walking closer to whisper, but keeping a close eye on its fingers so that if anything so much as twitches, I can run away safely. “Just about none of that made sense. I have no idea what you are talking about.” “Hmm,” the troll muses, and if it could move more, I wouldn’t be surprised if it would rub its moustache in thought. “You seem to be telling the truth. Youngling...who are you?” “Me?” I ask while pointing to myself. “I’m Meridian.” A cold wind suddenly sweeps under the bridge as the troll’s eyes fog over and turn completely white in color. “Meridian,” the troll’s voice sings to me and a shiver crawls down my spine. “Light and dark. Bloom and rot. Void and prominence. Life and death. Hello, creature of the night. Hello, princess of the light. Hello, clawed beast and blossoming flower. A world cleaved in two, fissures hardened by centuries. You belong to no one as much as you belong to them all.” “I…I don’t understand,” I tell my wicked hallucination. “Then you will bring death to us all.”

A young man from a large city state awakens his potential and starts to walk the path of Knighthood. A terrifying secret hidden within the World was about to be unraveled and the age of Humanity was on the horizon. ------------------------------------- *Expect a weak to strong novel were the protagonist is not overpowered like the other novels on this site. He does have his own advantages which obviously make him different but he not able to skip realms and fight those on a higher cultivation than him. The lines in the sand are clearly drawn in this novel. In addition, don't think that every character belongs to a traditional character archetype like "friend", "enemy" or "love interest". I wrote this with character development in mind, as their views and values shift and change as the novel progresses (expect this a lot from the protagonist). Lastly, this novel is not all about fighting and becoming stronger. Progression of strength is definitely present but not the end goal. Like I said before, "character development" is more important. I chose a relatively young age for the protagonist so his beliefs aren't yet fully formed. This is to introduce new ideas and other stuff to progress the story more. Anyway, this isn't for everyone. Please enjoy and comment on whether you like it or if it could use some work!
