El mundo real se comenzo a terminar hace cuando una parte del continente europeo se comenzo a desintegrar, 3 años despues, un chico llamado Pope y su grupo de sobrevivientes encuentran una cueva con lo que parecen ser cristales, despues de la destruccion de su hogar por la desintegracion, regresan a la cueva, donde los cristales abren una puerta que los lleva a otro mundo, pero al caer en el, se separan, ahora tendran que reencontrarse mientras tratan de salvar a este nuevo mundo de un destino similar a su mundo original.
