Check SUBMIT OR SUCCUMB is my another ongoing work. Front Page is "PRISTINE GYGXZ'KANDER". (Chapter 273→) "The world of Leathemnur is dangerous, yet, there is beauty in the chaos if you learn how to appreciate it". That is what Khallyon Cravemeneer always thought, until he learned how easy he could lose everything he had acquired across most of his life. What can a Mortal do in the face of actual absolute power?. What can anyone do to prevail before Time? Nothing. That is the cruel, raw reality. And as most people, Khallyon was oblivious of events occurring literally before his eyes. This went on, until he accidentally started to uncover the truth. Believing he had acquired a way to protect what matters the most, Memories, which is what makes everyone the person they become. Unbeknown to Khallyon, he was delving deeper into despair, rather than going out of it. NO CHEATS NO PLOT ARMOR NO VANILLA EASY LIFE DON'T GET FOOLED BY THE START OR THE SLOW PROGRESS READ UNTIL CHAPTER 51 A FAIR SHARE OF: ACTION BEAUTIES MYSTERIES A WHOLE LOT OF: SMUT BONDING INDECENCY COMMENT FOR: KINKS DOUBTS SUGGESTIONS Additional Information: I would publish TWO Chapters a Day. English is not my first language, that is why, any mistake I made across the story, feel free to point it out for me to correct it as soon as possible. (This is the old synopsis Read it if you want to know more about the general context) The "Imperishable", Entities Above Everything Else, understood this undeniable truth eons ago, gifting to the Mortals a few tools to overcome the challenges across their lives. With this, amusing their own boring existences, looking with enthusiasm what new story could unfold, or if the same mistakes would be done once again but by a different person. The First Gift, is "Shards", called "Cards" by some, this otorgue instant rewards when you exchange them in an "Imperishable Monolith". The Second Gift, is the mentioned structure, capable of craft almost anything if you have the recipe, blueprint and the required materials and ingredients, a true aberration depending on who you ask. The Third Gift, is the "Perennence", with a 100 you won't Die if you are slain, you simply would "Respawn" in a "Memory Hall", making you partially Immortal, because as long as you have 1 of Perennence, you wouldn't be really dead, and someone else can "Revive" you by providing the missing resource. However, this comes with a drawback, you become a "Servant" of the person or thing that save your life, at least until you repay the Perennence plus an Interest of 50%. The Fourth Gift, is "The Memory Hall", unfortunately, they had an evil twin, "The Howling Wall", which are created in places that had seen too many "Take Downs" in a short span of time; Differently to the prodigal twin, you must have a minimum of 25 Perennence to be Respawned, otherwise, at best, you become an Immaterial entity, similar to a ghost, if not, a mindless beast or a simple Drone for a Hive Mind is not far fetched. Lastly, The Fifth Gift, is divided in three concepts, "Repercussion", "Traits" and "Work", being the last, one of the most unfair of all the Gifts, as you can't change your Work under any circumstances, which applies even for "The Imperishable". But the Gifts don't come for free, as they attract a series of weird creatures from unknown Invasive Territories, sprouting the so called "Graveyards", "Factories", "Hives", "Nests", "Lairs", "Crops" and "Farms" across the entire world of "Leathemnur".

MASTERPIECE OF RUIN

The room was thick with the smell of wine. January 2025, Aezren leaned against the couch with wine in his hand, His eyes red like the sun during an eclipse, while his hair a chaotic Blonde framed his face with eerie elegance, hoping not to be disturbed by the screams of people. He was the Grim Reaper and the cause of people’s misfortunes, so it was only natural that he was embraced by screams day and night. Without a moment’s notice, he heard another person cursing him. “Not this again…” he groaned as he got up. He sipped his wine as he watched the drunk woman cursing him from the reflection on his wine. Lavinia stood on the parapet wall with high heels, ready to fall at any moment. Her red lipstick messed up, her skin a shade of bright olive, her hair had faded black hair dye, her eyes a shade of deep green, reminiscent of the forest. Her movements came out unstable as she screamed out, “Seems like all doom is attracted to me!” she laughed, tears rolled down her face. “I’m really not,” Aezren scoffed as he rolled his eyes. His eyes blew into saucers at a closer look at her face. “That face, it’s her!” he exclaimed. “I can’t let her die,” he pleaded with desperation as his “heart” raced. Aezren put his glass of wine back on the table with telekinesis as he stood up and teleported to Lavinia. However, it was already too late and she jumped off. Aezren jumped off of the terrace and held her in his arms as he floated in the air. He quickly took her back to the terrace before anybody could notice. Lavinia shut her eyes tight, hoping for the worst to happen—her death. She opened her eyes soon after she realized that she was on solid ground. “What is it,” she smiled, “Am I in heaven or hell?” she walked as she wondered. She was in her own world. “You’re in none,” Aezren told her, about to crash out at her obliviousness. But of course, she was half rat — drunk as hell. He let out a deep sigh. She didn’t listen. He recited some sort of spell, his index and middle finger pointed at her. Since alcohol has similar affects to being dead, it was easy enough for him to get her to be sober. She blinked in surprise. “Wh…Who are you?” she stammered, taking steps back defensively. “Be my muse.” He asked her. He has been searching for a her for over 4 centuries now. Having been living for so long, he has started making paintings to pass time. He has her face like a fuzzy faded painting in his head, and he has always struggled to capture her in his paintings. Finding her was a dream come true for him. She couldn’t die. Not before he painted her. Lavinia’s breath hitched. She was hit with nausea and dizziness. “Please.. please leave me alone!” She begged, her voice came out louder than she wanted it to. Aezren stared at her, his expression unreadable. “I didn’t save you because I care about your life,” he said, voice low. “I saved you because you have a face that doesn’t belong to this era.” Lavinia’s breath hitched again, her head spinning, “What the hell does that even mean…?” “I’ve seen you before. In dreams, in sketches, in brush strokes I never finished.” He sighed, “Centuries of searching. And suddenly, you’re on a rooftop, yelling about doom like some half-broken opera.” “You’re insane,” she whispered, backing away. He didn’t argue. “Probably,” he said with a shrug. “But I don’t care what you believe. You’re here. And I need to paint you before you disappear again.” Lavinia blinked, confusion and fear wrestling inside her. But something about him—his tone, his posture, the weird mix of detachment and obsession—made her pause. Her stomach flipped. The room still spun, but she wasn’t sure if it was just the wine anymore. “Okay,” she said slowly, swallowing hard. TW: Might include topics or references to Self harm. Head Over Boots

The dust of a small Texas town settled around Tessica Raleigh, a world away from the familiar outskirts of Dodge City, Kansas. She didn't expect much from this "Podunk" place, certainly not excitement. Her life revolved around the rhythm of the seasons, the annual harvest of wheat and corn that her family meticulously managed. Her true sanctuary wasn't a quiet room or a bustling city street; it was the cab of a combine or a tractor, the steady hum of the engine a comforting presence as she plowed and harvested the crops. Romance was a distant, practically nonexistent, concept in her demanding schedule. Her parents, meanwhile, basked in their perceived wealth from the successful harvests, seemingly oblivious to anything beyond their financial comfort. On the Triple R Ranch, Logan Ray was living a different, yet equally focused, life. His days were steeped in the traditions of the ranch, a legacy passed down by his dad and uncles. His sophomore year had been smooth sailing, and he felt no anxieties about stepping into junior year. The only real pressure came from his friends, who relentlessly teased him about getting a girlfriend. Logan, however, had his priorities set on his studies and the demanding work of the ranch. He found far more interest in the intricacies of cattle and crops than in high school dating. This focus, however, sometimes made him a target for Kale Edwards, Sawyer Edwards' oldest son, whose animosity often manifested in physical blows.

Moonbound: A Hunter’s Oath

The Holter name carried the weight of centuries—a bloodline forged in moonlight and silver, sworn to stand as London’s silent guardians against the things that lurked in the dark. Generation after generation, they had passed down their grim craft, their children raised on stories of claws and curses rather than nursery rhymes. But Roger Holter had wanted none of it. He had turned his back on the hunt, desperate for a life untainted by blood and wolfsbane. A normal existence. A safe one. Then the wolves came for his wife. She died alone in their home, her body shredded by talons and teeth while Roger was miles away, oblivious. The only witness was their youngest son, Marlon, whose wide, terrified eyes would forever hold the memory of his mother’s last, gasping breath. Grief hardened into obsession. Roger, once so determined to escape his family’s legacy, now saw his defiance as weakness—as the reason his wife lay cold in the ground. And with cruel irony, he bound them to the very fate he had once rejected—enrolling them in the London Hunters’ Guild, where they would learn to kill the monsters he had failed to stop. Years bled away. The Holter brothers grew into hunters as sharp as the blades they carried, their names whispered in the shadows where beasts and men collided. But fate had not yet finished with them. On a night like any other, their hunt led them to a creature unlike the feral, snarling beasts they were accustomed to. This was no mindless monster. She was the heir to the Royal Canine Clan—the most powerful and disciplined of all lycanthrope bloodlines. A queen in waiting. And her capture would tear Marlon’s world apart. My Silver-Haired Classmate Only Speaks Her Heart in Russian

Alexei "Alex" Nakamura thought his biggest challenge in high school would be maintaining his perfect grades while hiding his monstrous intellect. He never expected it would be pretending he couldn't understand the beautiful Russian phrases whispered by his silver-haired classmate. Katarina "Katya" Volkov is the picture of composure—cool, elegant, and untouchable. With her striking silver hair and piercing blue eyes inherited from her Russian heritage, she commands respect from classmates and teachers alike. But Alex knows her secret: when she thinks no one can understand, Katya reveals her true feelings in soft Russian whispers that would make even the most confident person blush. "Он такой умный... почему мое сердце так бьется?" (He's so smart... why does my heart beat like this?) What Katya doesn't know is that Alex understands every word. Born to a family with hidden international connections, he's been fluent in Russian since childhood. Every "дурак" (fool) she mutters when he acts oblivious, every "красивый" (handsome) she whispers when she thinks he's not looking, every heartfelt confession she makes in her mother tongue—he hears it all. The irony is delicious, the tension unbearable, and Alex finds himself caught between wanting to protect her secret and desperately wanting to respond to her hidden confessions. As they navigate the complexities of high school life—from cultural festivals where Katya's heritage shines to study sessions where their intellectual rivalry blooms into something deeper—Alex must decide when to reveal his secret. But the longer he waits, the more complicated their relationship becomes. When she discovers the truth, will she be mortified by everything she's unknowingly revealed, or will she realize that someone has been treasuring every word she thought was safely hidden? From the hallways of their multicultural high school to the prestigious universities that will shape their futures, from their meteoric rises in their respective career paths to the altar where two cultures unite, Alex and Katya's love story unfolds across the years. It's a tale of two intellectual people learning that the most difficult language to master isn't Russian or Japanese—it's the language of the heart. Sometimes the most beautiful confessions are the ones we think no one else can understand. Sometimes the person who understands us best is the one we least expect. And sometimes, love speaks louder in whispered Russian than it ever could in any other language. __________________ Tags: Romance, Slice of life, High school, Comedy
