Unicorn Shifter Academy

Reign of the Infinite Shifter

In a kingdom where bloodlines dictate power, Prince Kaelen Varenthis was destined to rule, but fate has other plans. Born into a long line of kings, Kaelen is the heir to a throne embroiled in political turmoil and bloodshed. His family has long wielded the power of Form Shifting—a mystical ability to transform one's body and essence into powerful beasts, elemental forces, and even abstract concepts like time and shadow. However, Kaelen's Form Shifting abilities far exceed those of anyone in the kingdom, even his ancestors. At the height of his coming-of-age ceremony, a deadly rival faction orchestrates the elimination of his siblings, thrusting Kaelen into the heart of a ruthless battle for the throne. With his kingdom divided and enemies lurking in every corner, Kaelen must master the full extent of his powers and reshape not only his own destiny but that of the entire kingdom. The Form Shifting system is a complex and taxing art—each form requires mental strength, physical endurance, and spiritual fortitude. As Kaelen learns to harness his abilities, he discovers that he can alter not only his own form but also the infrastructure of his kingdom—crafting cities, technologies, and even bending nature itself to his will. But with great power comes even greater challenges. The more versatile the form, the greater the toll it takes on his body and soul. As Kaelen works to reunite the fractured kingdom, he must navigate political intrigue, forge powerful alliances, and defend his people from both external invasions and internal betrayals. With every step, he learns that true power is not just in shifting forms but in forging a vision of the future—a vision that can unite the fractured factions and build a new era of prosperity. But Kaelen's rise will not be without sacrifice. To conquer the shifting tides of politics, master his powers, and build a legacy, he must decide how much of himself he's willing to lose. Will he overcome the limitations of his Form Shifting abilities, or will the infinite power that courses through him be his undoing?

The Unicorn's Forest

Vol 1: The Unicorn's Forest Charlie Rivers is a 14-year old girl who is trying to get through high school without being noticed when she finds herself hearing a voice asking for help when she is only one of two who can hear it. She agrees, despite the fact the other person is someone she doesn't like. When she meets the 'voice' that needed help, she learns that it's a unicorn, yet she's the only one who seems to be able to see the horn. Everyone else thinks it's a horse. Charlie also learns that by having agreed to help the unicorn, she'd gotten herself involved with a group of friends, including the other person who can hear the unicorn, that she hadn’t been really involved with before. Not only is it changing her normal schedule drastically, given she hadn’t hung out with anyone before, but even her personal space seems under attack at times. As she continues to help the unicorn, she funds that going back to how she was isn’t as attractive as it had once been, before she was helping the unicorn but also she wonders if she really would want to. *Minor spoiler in the synopsis for vol. 2 if you haven't read vol. 1* Vol 2: Tip of Other Worlds Charlie and her friends begin traveling to other worlds in search of the world that the griffin canyon connects to. While they do that, Charlie finds herself torn with wanting to grow her relationship with Alex and beginning the expedition through different worlds. Then as the expedition begins, she finds more than she ever expected to find on other worlds, but ever in the back of her mind is the dream she had in which Beth, her best friend, dies in. A dream she's determined to keep from happening, even if she has to sacrifice the friendship that's come to mean so much to her. *Minor spoilers in vol. 3 synopsis* Vol. 3: Acclimating to a New World Charlie leaves her friends and is taken by The Lost. Her friends continue on and encounter a family who has the same disease they had just recovered from. While helping them, they learn about how this world is that of a matriarchal society and has been since ancient times. What that means they can't say, only that it's going to be awkward. Charlie comes to after a while, feeling like her brain had been I'm a fog and that she had been in a waking dream, only to find she's naked and in a kind of cage where she learns she's been taken as a slave. While she has no idea how this happened, she's determined to find a chance to successfully get out of that situation. Blood Moon Rising: Wolf Princess at the Shifter Academy

(Warning! Mature Content!) With the moon as my only guide, I scamper through the sand and into the tent my two guards, Ryland and Aren share. Ryland, still awake, rolls over onto his side and props his head up on his hand, watching me awkwardly trip into the tent with amused eyes. “Are you okay?” Aren shifts in his sleep and then slowly opens his eyes. “Ora?” He grumbles. “What are you doing here?” “I heard a weird noise.” I bite my lip and blush at the lame excuse. “A weird noise?” Aren asks curiously, then a grin spreads across his face. “Did you come here so we could protect you from the scary noises?” He teases. “Well it is our job to keep our lady safe.” Ryland states and then reaches out to me. His warm hands wrap around my waist and pull me down to lay next to him. He spoons me and I look over at Aren who lies facing me just inches away. “You’re safe will us, so go back to sleep.” Ryland rests his head on his pillow and closes his eyes. I try to relax for a few minutes, but I can’t get my brain to calm down. “Aren?” Aren groans in response. “Yeah?” “Are you awake?” He cracks his eyes open and looks at me. “I am now. Why can’t you sleep?” “I can’t seem to relax.” “Do you want to chat for a bit to help you calm down?” Aren asks me. “Yeah that sounds nice.” I reply, but before I can say anything else, Ryland’s strong arm shifts and his large hand reaches down between my thighs. “Ryland, what are you doing?” I ask nervously. “I’m helping you relax.” He whispers into my ear. I gulp. “We can’t. Someone will hear us.” Rylands voice softly grazes across my ear. “We’ll just have to be really quiet then.” I glance over to see Aren's eyes darkening with need. ================== ================== Long ago, the Moon Goddess descended from heaven to the earthly plane and gifted animals with the ability to shift into a human form. The Unicorn's Curse

In her past life, she was a majestic unicorn, revered as a sacred guardian of the forest. Her silver mane gleamed under moonlight, her horn a beacon of purity and power. But her tranquil life ended brutally at the hands of a human hunter, her shimmering blood staining the earth she once protected. Now, she awakens to an unwelcome reality—a human body. Reborn by the will of a capricious goddess, the former unicorn is told she must walk among the very species she despises to "learn the intricacies of humanity." With no horn to defend herself, her ethereal beauty becomes a double-edged sword, drawing the attention of suitors from all walks of life: a cunning nobleman seeking a trophy wife, a dashing rogue who claims to see through her icy demeanor, a stoic knight who pledges undying loyalty, and even a mysterious mage who suspects her otherworldly origins. But their adoration is a curse, not a blessing. Resentful of her fragile human form and her inability to protect herself as she once did, she yearns only for the return of her horn—a symbol of her pride and power. She dreams of using it to drive away the persistent men vying for her affection and reclaiming the strength she lost. As she navigates a world of political intrigue, forbidden magic, and deep-seated prejudices, she is forced to confront the complexities of human emotions and morality. Can she find a way to reconcile her past and present selves? Or will her quest to reclaim her former glory come at the cost of understanding what it truly means to be human? ------------------------------------------------------------------ Author's Note: Publishing Schedule Update Dear Readers, Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm for my stories!
