Tranquil Falls Mental Hospital is renowned in the small town of Bleak Water, Wyoming for being the home of patients thought to be "lost" causes. Doctor's come and go like bees pollinating flowers, while majority of patients remain in the hospital. Sunny Rowe is one such patient who has seen Tranquil Falls go through many changes, both good and bad. Dr. Vincent Tudor is brand new to Bleak Water, Wyoming. Him , his wife, and teenage son were welcomed with open arms into the town's community. However, Tranquil Falls is proving to be quite reluctant patient for Dr. Tudor.
