Aurora World: The Blessing of The God of Magic
A war between gods was taking place, a war that could determine the future of the entire population. Azarion, the god of magic's creation, was fighting against the gods to intervene in the events that were unfolding. War, famine, despair, fear. Azarion refused to accept any of it. His belief was that peace should and always would reign. However, this went against the beliefs of the other gods. They believed that these events were meant to happen, that something greater had set them in motion, and so they must be—such is life.
The gods punished Azarion, leading to his death. He had been interfering with their plan, and something far greater was on the horizon. But before his demise, he cast a dangerous and forbidden spell, taking a great number of them with him. Some gods perished in the event.
The spell caused Azarion to form a bond with a new life—a new person who would be physically and mentally prepared to inherit all of his power. Tradition is tradition, and so Azarion would choose a young man named Grim Alphesys, one of the captains of the Azraban kingdom’s troops, who held the belief that ending this war would mark a historic moment for him.
