When Alter wakes up in a crumbling dungeon, he quickly realizes something is wrong.
He has no memories of who he is, and even his own body feels unfamiliar. Instead, scattered flashes of someone else's life appear in his mind, as if he is seeing through another person’s eyes.
The only clue to his new existence is a cryptic message scrawled across his hand: Save the World.
Equipped with a mysterious system that grants him the power to level up and shift between RPG classes, Alter must navigate a brutal, game-like reality where monsters prowl and cities stand on the brink of collapse. Yet, something about this world is eerily familiar.
The mechanics, the structures, the monsters, it mirrors a video game he vaguely remembers playing.
As he fights to grow stronger, Alter realizes he is not alone. A group of students and teachers from his own high school has also been dragged into this corrupted world, each possessing unique abilities.
While they struggle to survive, Alter thrives, using his deep understanding of the system and fragmented knowledge of the game to gain an edge in this perilous reality.
But the higher he climbs, the more the world’s dark secrets begin to unravel.
