Gilang Gunawan, salah satunya. Seorang laki-laki pendiam yang bercita-cinta ingin menjadi seorang pemain bulutangkis internasional. Demi mewujudkan keinginannya itu ia selalu giat berlatih setiap hari, bersama ayah maupun teman-temannya. Hingga suatu hari, ada seseorang yang datang menawarkan dirinya untuk bergabung dengan pemusatan latihan nasional (pelatnas) di Jakarta. Tanpa rasa ragu, dia pun menerima dengan sepenuh hati. Namun saat tiba di sana, dia ternyata bertemu dengan teman SMAnya. Seorang gadis muda yang cantik jelita yang mempunyai segudang pretasi di cabor bulutangkis. Serta seorang laki-laki tampan yang selalu menyendiri yang memiliki footwork sekelas pemain veteran.
